The Continental Cinematic Universe was strongly connected to Kazir. He was the founder of this Cinematic Universe and his name would always be connected to it no matter what. He had a cameo in every CCU movie so people already knew him.
The fact that his scandal surfaced around the time 2 Fast 2 Furious was released was not a coincidence. Someone was trying to tarnish his reputation and defeat 2 Fast 2 Furious at the same time. As if the enemy was holding a grudge.
Kazir thought of anything that pushed Universal Pictures to do this. It was true that their relationship was not that good but they didn't have to go so far.
'Perhaps Universal Pictures is getting tired of Grey Pictures' success. Not only Universal Pictures, but the other studios are probably feeling the same. They just can't show their dissatisfaction because they still need me. Once I'm no longer useful, they will crush me.'
Only Universal Pictures and Walt Disney showed animosity so far... But it won't take long for Paramount Pictures to target Kazir.
Kazir had to stop this before it became irreversible.
First, Universal Pictures targeted Tobey Maguire.
Now, they were attacking Kazir Grey.
Kazir glanced at the television that was reporting Hollywood news. He confirmed that Walt Disney also started telling news of Kazir's so-called sexual abuses.
Hollywood was a terrifying place. The media could tell a lie and paint it as the truth and people would easily believe it.
Walt Disney had no clear evidence and they were just stating what was happening in Hollywood. A bad journalism.
Kazir knew that they could file a lawsuit against the TV Show but the best they could do was fire the news anchor and the journalist who spread fake news. In the end, the people at the top were safe from the consequences.
The result of 2 Fast 2 Furious in its 3rd week was weaker than the forecast. It was obvious that the scandal affected the box office result.
From April 10 to April 17, the movie only made $37 million. The current box office was $181.59 million after 17 days of screening. This week's performance was 20% lower than they expected. If the current problem was not resolved, 2 Fast 2 Furious would suffer more.
The movie was expected to reach at least $700 million at the worldwide box office. Unfortunately, it seemed that they had to lower their expectations. At best, 2 Fast 2 Furious would gross $500 million which was already a success, especially in this current situation.
"... Universal Pictures wants me gone, I guess. This is probably not the last they will fester me."
Honestly, Kazir could reconcile with Universal Pictures and Walt Disney but he felt like he was betraying himself. He promised that he would never work with the two studios after what they did to him a few years ago. He never gave them scripts and never worked for them.
In fact, Walt Disney invited Kazir to direct John Carter but Kazir declined... Perhaps that was the reason why Walt Disney was attacking him.
Anyway, Kazir had his dignity. He won't work with the two studios. The situation was different now and Kazir was in a position where he could do what he wanted to do. He didn't have to be afraid of them.
Since he had no intention of working with the two studios, he had to solve this problem.
Thankfully, he had an idea.
"They are saying that I'm a predator, used my position to have sex with the actresses. Then why don't we ask those actresses themselves, if I'm really a predator."
Hollywood, this place has a lot of predators who take advantage of the weaknesses of small people. However, Kazir was definitely not part of that. He never used his position to get sex... In fact, the actresses in question were the ones who seduced him.
How can a guy who's scared of women can even do that? Kazir was too afraid to take the first move.

"Those damn traitors..."
Billy Baker cursed under his breath while looking at the Facebook page that their fan club launched.
Facebook was just a recent social media platform but it already gathered more than 20 million users. Of course, their fan club had to make a page where they could show their support for Kazir and his films.
The Internet was a powerful thing and communication became easier. A few years ago, people still used letters to communicate but now the internet revolutionized society.
Billy was the president of the Grey Fans and his position was not a simple supporter anymore... He actually received cash from Grey Pictures to maintain the fan club. So yeah, this was technically his job now.
Facebook and MySpace were both used by their fan club to communicate and everything was doing well... Until the scandal happened.
Most new members who joined the fan club started insulting Kazir, saying how bad of a person the director was. These new members were probably spies who joined the club to destroy their unity. In fact, some old-time members were also affected and some even left the club. They didn't want to support someone as horrible as Kazir.
Billy couldn't help but click his tongue while reading their comments. Most were insults.
"I have to talk to Wallace later to control this situation... Hm?"
While scrolling down, Billy read the recent comments.
-- Haha, you fucking cunts! Open your TV and check Fox News right now! Your opinions are all baseless because the actresses denied all of the allegations! Director Grey is innocent! You fake fans, sowing discords in our fan club. I already have the list of all the bastards who disrespected Director Grey! I'll block and kick you out of the fan club! Huhmp!
Reading the comment, Billy immediately opened his TV just to see what was happening.
