I get no in game audio, I get the music at the main menu but when I load in, I get no sound. The audio bar is stuck at zero or the bottom of the bar, I try to move it and save and exit and still is stuck at no sound.

Probably not available in this build. It looks like this .01 build only has the ship and the black market, and the second .02 has the planet.

why can't i teleport to ZFM-4? it says "need additional information" where the hell do i get it?

It is an older version of the game. It has been made available to non-patrons in order to promote the game.
