Bloom - Emma's Butterfly Garden
🕑 Added 2024-03-05 20:15:14 +0000 UTCWelcome back to another edition of BLOOM. We're back with Emma Porter, a long time supporter of my work. This is our FOURTH body painting together!
When discussing the project, she mentioned she's coming out of a cocoon, after experiencing some heavy times. I'm sure we can all related to that!
I created this Butterfly garden as an homage to the winged beauties ready to soar among the flowers! I got to see such joy on her face, so I think we nailed it!
This is her now... and here she is, during her first body painting! I don't remember why there was a cat on arm... :P
I also did a body painting where I took her old wedding dress and destroyed it, repurposing it as new artwork after her divorce.
Of course, my favorite thing to do to any model, is to make them laugh! And we had plenty of that in the studio!
