Transforming Tyler After Ten Years
🕑 Added 2023-09-19 00:09:16 +0000 UTCThat's a tongue twister right? Well after ten years of painting, Tyler and I reunited earlier this year for a new painting inspired by our original. Since I edited a couple of new photos for the 2024 Calendar, I thought I'd share them (and some brand new ones too!)
You can see the title image is featured in April quite prominently!
But you may not have seen how we got there!
I decided to go for an asymmetrical placement to balance against the butterfly garden.
Compared the original, which sort of curves back toward the center
His eyes really stand out here, don't you think?
Though if I flip the horizontal angle, I'm just going to throw you off :P But look how beautiful Tyler is looking toward the big pink nuclear explosion! :P
I'm very happy with the completed artwork! What about you? Do you have a favorite shot?
