Florescent Paints Are Always...fun

Florescents are really prone to crackling like this, and the time constraints are what they are! It'll get repainted eventually. At least it'll have color!

I have never had a fluorescent paint job that did not alligator like that. I ended up finding the brightest yellow or red or orange that I could.
