EXCLUSIVE DEBUT OF TAROT - The Fool (NSFW)!
🕑 Added 2019-04-05 03:24:42 +0000 UTCHello patient and wonderful Patreon supporters! I'm happy to announce YOU ARE SEEING MY NEW PROJECT FIRST. Though the card artwork is not final. Best Tardy is debuting the series with "The Fool". This is the card that begins the Tarot Card deck, and is labeled "0" in the deck.
Even better? We actually managed to capture his cat in the photo! I've included an example of the Rider-Waite deck for comparison. In that version, he is portrayed as having a small dog. The Fool holds a white rose (a symbol of freedom from baser desires) in one hand, and in the other a small bundle of possessions, representing untapped collective knowledge.
For my version, I wanted to create something celestial since Best and I both love the night sky. He really resonated with the Fool, as it represents new beginnings. Taking a leap, but looking first. It's the perfect card for him, and I hope you enjoy this interpretation. I think we managed to capture the spirit, but also tell our own story. Let me know what you think below!
