The Plant Pal
🕑 Added 2020-02-15 12:27:21 +0000 UTCHowdy! Right so, 2 months since I last uploaded, here's the new video! This one is kind of half way between the Break Up Buddy and the Benedict Cumberbatch videos I've made. WHO SAYS I'M RUNNING OUT OF IDEAS?! Hope you all like it! It's going live this evening for everyone else, so please don't share until then. Thanks so much for your support! Enjoy. Cheers, Will

Woah! That's a lot of work. Hope you have enough "behind the scenes" to match that, would be a shame if you didn't.

Thank you! Yeah each stage needed to be modelled separately so I could film everything over a couple of days rather than waiting between shooting days. It was also easier to build individually so I could get them to move how I wanted them to. Each has its own individual wire skeleton underneath to allow for the stop motion!

Yet another well-balanced meal for my eyeballs <3

These videos are getting more and more elaborate (and I'm not complaining). Just curious, did you have to model each stage of the Plant Pal separately from scratch or did you reuse/build on top of the previous stage?
