This is for people who have:
a) Already ordered the book and want the Limited Edition.
b) Sponsored a model, and want the Limited Edition. The version that came with this sponsorship is also Limited, but is not longer than this extended copy. It does feature a special page dedicated to the model you sponsored.
c) Participated in Neon City at the higher tiers that came with the book. Although some tiers came with a book, it was a regular edition.
