$10 - Background Character Suggestions [Plaza Exterior]

The deal is this: The above is a background CG to be used in the Thrallworks Game. The ghostly person-blobs are placeholders for people who will be in the scene. I might even make it so that not all of them appear at once, or maybe it's an entirely different set depending on the time of day.
Last time I just picked out the ones I thought fitted best in the situation, this time it'll be slightly less curated; where I give y'all a couple of restrictions, and then post up $5 Polls on what characters end up where.
So what follows is the theming I'd like in general, and I'll follow with an example submission for you all to copy. You don't actually have to make it a Harvested thrall if you don't want, you can pick a cultivated thrall instead and highlight some traits about them. I guess, seeing as we're polling this out though, people are more likely to vote for a harvested thrall? Hmm.
At any rate, you have 1 week for suggestions, and I'll be making Polls from the commented suggestions 1 week from now on the 21st of January.
If the action/situation or person isn't viable I'll let you know and perhaps suggest an alternative. Otherwise, lets get on with it!
Thrallable Material
Whoever's suggested must fall within Chorus 2431's 'thrallable parameters' which are:
- Biological in nature
- Not too small (below 3ft) or too tall (above 13ft).
- Is not possessed/possessing (i.e. The character is a ghost in a body)
- Does not transform/shapeshift (Minor shapeshifting such as growing claws is fine)
- Female
- Not too powerful (Think My Hero Academia levels. Wonder Woman's a bit too far)
- Barred Material: Samus, Mokoto Kusanagi (GitS)
Also, avoid 'magic wielders' wherever possible and stay away from verses that have multi-dimensional threats.
Tip: If you have to ask if something 'counts', such as 'Ranma after getting cold water on them', then assume that the answer is 'no' and move on.
Theming
The Plaza is largely frequented by Labourers, Maids and Secretaries, who perform various tasks for the residents, but Pleasure Thralls are also rather prevalent, called on various apartment visits. Rarely, a luxury model is spotted, normally a Pony, but occassionally a Dancer can be spotted moving through toward some kind of collaboration. And as ever, there are a couple of Praetorians on guard, though they tend to keep their presence concealed to keep the resident's minds off thoughts of security.
- Place 1 - A solo cultivated thrall, perhaps occupied with something.
- Place 2 - A pairing of a thrall with another person; perhaps an Instructor?
- Place 3 - Far in the distance, a single rare thrall, probably engaging in an energetic activity...or perhaps fishing?
- Place 4 - A thrall, or a person, intruiged by Ghost's Garden, and the delights to be found within...
- Place 5 - A thrall or person striding forth, all about their business.

- 3. - A pet thrall based on 'Chisato' from Lycoris Recoil, kicking their legs in the water

If you only want to make suggestions for some of the places then that's alright too!

I don't believe Power is eligible for thralling, given how Fiends work in Chainsawman. The same's probably true of Blair now that I look her up. I should add the stipulations officially. I was going to make the BG Poll post today, but I'll give you a day to swap those out if you like.

Put in my suggestions for each of the spots. Lets see if something comes of it! Place 1 – A Maid based on the material Sasha Braus is carrying groceries, being already impatient about the upcoming meal. Place 2 – Two cultivated red-haired Thralls walking by, holding hands. One being a Maid, the other an Amazon. Place 3 – Far in the distance, a stay pet Thrall (a material that has already been turned into such a Thrall) is kneeling by the water, trying to fish out something by hand. Place 4 – An unknown Instructor checking his holo-screen. Place 5 - A Labourer Thrall, based on Chi-Chi is walking by. Uninterrupted by her surroundings.

Here are some ideas: For place 2: a Parade Pony thrall, practicing some of her moves under the supervision of an Instructor or a Secretary thrall (preference for the latter ^^ ). For place 3: if going rare, why not go for a Noble thrall? She could be practicing Tai-Chi moves, or playing solo chess or go. Or fishing. Not sure about possible material for either of them.

Alright, here's mine: Place 1 – A Maid, based on Mei Kamino (Godzilla: Singular Point), checking her daily errands on an holo-screen or a PDA of some kind; Place 2 – Two cultivated thralls, a large Labourer and a skinny but busty Secretary, both based on the same genestock, having an heated discussion; Place 3 – A Dancer, based on Nani (Lilo and Stitch) admiring her reflection in the water; Place 4 – A punk-ish looking female Instructor, happily admiring the gardens... and the dancer in Place 3 Place 5 – A worker-type Pony, based on Akane Tendo (Ranma ½), carrying some heavy object, or pushing a small cart;
