This is where I am in considerable trouble. In my experience, from the moment I put a cheat-based system like the Easy mode, I have seen that there are many situations in which people play games to view only new scenes, not games themselves.

I really love your game, but it's getting a bit tiresome having to restart the game every new version, could you consider a "Easy Mode" to start with extra money or where any day at job would give extra money?
