The only yoga I tried was hot yoga and you're right; membership is expensive. I do pilates now but only because my cousin is an instructor 😅 who knows maybe if I ever win the lotto I'd try fancy yoga. (Johnny's flexibility is quite surprising tbh)

every-time i watch a group do flying yoga i want to try it myself so bad but there’s nowhere that does it around me. 😭 mark and johnny are flexible as hell, stray kids struggled so bad doing this lol everyone but felix and hyunjin.

Bro I've been coughing so much I pulled a muscle in my chest and it hurts to laugh and this was painful to watch. You're so right about Mark, he's definitely matured over the years but he is such a dork still. It's funny cause as a performer and an artist he's so COOL but mans is such dork. The spiderman references are more so from him having fast reflexes and catching a bunch of stuff before they even fall but also personality and build I think. Dude this made me want to try flying yoga so bad but like you said, I feel like it would be expensive. It feels oddly familiar though, idk if you ever got bored in bed and started playing with your bedsheets? Feels like that. I do think the hammock is supposed to do some of the work for you in terms of lifting weight so you're free to do more intense stretches without having to exert much force.
