Drama Club Replacement ROUND 1

This will be exciting to some, confusing to others. I'll yap to explain my thought process and that's only for those who care 😁
This is to replace Lovely Runner.
First and foremost, please consider when voting: What shows do you want to watch with me? This is important because when supporting multiple creators it's possible that everyone is watching the same show at the same time. What is a show that you'd support, watch and engage with the content with me on?
Obviously I was going to choose the next drama based on some suggestions from this post, and a little bit of personal choice from the titles or synopsis/episode length/quantity etc. . However, I've decided that doing so would result into two possible smaller, less requested shows ongoing at once, which isn't a good idea for growth and satisfying the majority. Kdramas are a bulk of the viewership here, almost tied with kpop audience. I know what shows (for the most part) that the kpop audience watches/engages with, and it's a race to stay current with the kdramas. For that reason, I wanted to do a series of polls. I support another reaction channel who does this, and I find it not only fair, but it makes sense because people's choices tend to change as there are less options (we noticed this on Twitch too).
So, to be clear, I do still want to do The Atypical Family, it's just a matter of when and if a good amount of the kdrama viewers would watch with me.
Some show may win based on it being newer in comparison to older shows, while others may win based on nostalgia instead of considering my personal interests. That is why at times, I will throw a random show in the mix just to scratch my own interests. I will share a list of dramas we've watched that I've loved, and you guys can suggest things in the future or on this poll that aligns more with my tastes, if you want.
This will be a 2-3 day poll, round 2 and 3 will be 2-3 days as well. That syncs me up right in time of the last two episodes of Lovely Runner.
You may vote for multiple shows. Round 2 and 3 will be less and less options, with only voting for one show.

it's such a slept on drama. people either haven't seen it because it doesn't sound exciting, or reactors don't react to it because, well, it doesn't sound exciting. it is an emotional and slow drama. but it's so well done that it's definitely in my top 50 dramas. i don't have a specific place for it.

how is it so long? it's only 16 episodes? that's the standard for most kdramas. i do agree with you tho that it is just not a great show. it had action, popular pretty people, and they travelled the world. that's why it was so popular. but it was a cringe fest, the story was unbelievable, and the only plus was the second lead story line. but there are so many popular shows that i'm confused on how they're so popular to begin with. i remember people in china were getting surgery to look like song joong ki and they had to ban the show or something like that. it's wild

if you are a fan of time travel, you may want to check out 'tomorrow with you'. it's a bit older, but it has very popular stars in it. it's a romance though. not sure how much you like those.

I love both Queen of Tears and Alchemy of Souls so much but AoS is definitely more of a commitment with 30 episodes. Also QoT is still pretty fresh and one of the best (imo) kdramas from this year so far. Either way, I hope you can get to both of them eventually!

Ahh ok. , I’m more hit or miss with time travel typically miss. Like if I had to say my fave time travel movie/show off the top of my head as of right now I’d say the Adam project 😂 and the flash when it did any time travel episodes

Similar opinion. Not even that it’s boring is just not “reaction” worthy at least to me. I’m weird like that tho 😂 There r plenty of dramas I like that give more reaction type vibes and others I like but don’t give reaction/ take the time to set up/watch/edit vibes.
