Drama Club: REQUESTS
🕑 Added 2024-01-24 16:52:53 +0000 UTCI was supposed to post this a few days ago!
This is a post to gather suggestions for the next kdrama.
This is the show that would be following the next show to end, which, as scheduled would be Death's Game.
I will post a poll for this by next week Monday so you guys can vote. The Twinkling Watermelon binge will likely begin this weekend, so though they'll come weekly, I'll try to get this done promptly.
While I do that, I'll be working on progressing through other variety contents to do the same thing.
Anyways:
- No shows over 16 eps please! Prefer shows sub 70 min eps, want to keep having time to do more variety content and get that regulated for y'all.
- Any genre is fine, you guys see what I react to best. I am open to new things as well.
- GOOD STORY, I know y'all like certain actors and stuff, but I prioritize a great watch!
Either way, we rollin! Some people want 1 trendy show and 1 older show, and others want 1 show to be lighthearted and the other to be dark. It's up to y'all, the next rotation is exactly that Twinkling Watermelon and Deaths Game - it's exactly opposite LOL

Oh no, did he not like it or did it just get lost in the sauce?
Elise H. (XxXIllegirlARMYXxX)
I would also suggest the incredible show 'Don't Call It Mystery' It's a Japanese show with 12 episodes and it's one of my favorites 😄
Elise H. (XxXIllegirlARMYXxX)
I would suggest The Sound of Magic since it's only 6 episodes! It was so good I binged it all in one night and it really felt like magic
Jackie
I thought he started Reborn Rich but never finished it?

you’ve included this in one of your polls & it lost 🥲 but i think you’d really enjoy gyeongseong creature the cast is really good & it’s only 10 eps!(its kinda scary but i can’t take horror at all and it was super interesting imo)
Sarahvtae
Thanks❤
Royal Yaya
Big mouth or reborn rich both have very interesting storylines.
Angela
juvenile justice, beyond evil, dp s2
chelsey
it's good !! iirc it's different than the anime, bc it follows the manga directly & the anime didn't
Jadabb03
Someone mentioned it already but Caseaway diva is really good
Jadabb03
I second that!!! Definitely one of my favorites that came out in 2023!!!

Perfect Marriage Revenge - I just finished this one, it had me on the edge of my seat the entire show
chelsey
vincenzo doesn't seem to be reuploaded here, ant
Ashley
The worst of evil ( 12 episodes)
Casey
I hope that one day you’ll be able to watch Reply 1988! It’s one of the best kdramas ever made (in my opinion of course!) However, it has 20 episodes that are roughly 80-90 minutes each so I know that’s not what you’re looking for right now, but Reply 1997 is also really good (it came out in 2012 so it’s a bit of an older show)
chelsey
erased (jdrama - 12 eps, 30 mins) will never win in a poll against kdramas 🥲 but i'll just throw it out there since it's short & you said you've seen the anime for kdrama: d.p s2 (6 eps, 50 mins)
Sham Sham
Move to heaven (10 ep): diff stories each ep so it’s very fresh / Vigilante (8) dabin dropped the album yesterday u take a listen yet? I’m still tryna get the feel.
Taty
Hometown Cha Cha Cha
Holly
Twenty Five Twenty One, or Little Women

Vincenzo has been reacted to! I watched it when it first came out, it is available here too.
Sarahvtae
Idk if you've watched it yet...but i think, you'd really enjoy "Vincenzo" too
h
castaway diva is one of the few dramas from last year i really enjoyed !!
Sarahvtae
"Tomorrow" is amazing

Watch prison playbook, it is so good
Mihlali
Have you watched Tomorrow? It is quite heavy so if you’re not mentally prepared to watch it that ‘s fine, but I think it did the topic justice and deserves recognition
