Thanks for the update. I can't really see how you've changed Azula yet. She's not stupid, she's knows Harry and she knows Ryu, so she already knows whose going to come out on top when they bump heads. You're going to need to write a few more scenes with her before I can tell how much OOC she is.

First, thanks as always, can't wait for the next. This alongside The Silver King are my to favorite stories of yours, follow closely by Wands & Claws and Widows Vengeance. I liked how you wrote Azula, most of her base character, the one before the madness it's still there. Powerful, strong will, confidence on herself, a small streak for violence with little patience for annoyances. Yet at the same time I can see some things that change because Harry's influence. She is confidence, but where she was once full of arrogance, here she looks less so, confident on herself, and even prideful but she isn't blind by her power and birth. Where she was once sadistic and cruel with a foul temperament that look others as tools or beneath her, here she act's more aloof, sassy and annoyed, with more control on what she does and says. In the original work if someone dare touch her she wouldn't have give them a warning, she would simply burn them. If someone had criticized her fire bending while comparing it against someone else only to say it was inferior would have cause a violent response, or at the bare minimum rage inside of her, here she is annoyed with the twins, her pride flare but otherwise she didn't reacted, she was able to move pass it fairly easy. The actions of the twins and Rug would have made her violent in the original timeline, here she is just annoyed and wishes to be alone, and not deal with more annoyances. She was also sassy, and was disappointed that others didn't heard her joke, which shows some level of humor, and a interest with the response of others. In the past her "humor" would had been far more cruel, and she didn't care what anyone though of her, so long she had people who service her, and fear her. Everyone were only tools for her to use in service of her father and herself. Here she doesn't appears to be obsessively loyal to her father, possibly by Harry's influence. I can't wait to see more of this new Azula, how did Harry's influence affect her relationship with both of her parents, uncle and brother. Does she gets along better with Mai and Ty Lee? What about Azula and Ursa, did Harry's influence over Azula and Zuko was enough to make Ursa not to focus only in Zuko, and remember that she was also the mother of Azula, instead of been afraid of her? It will be also be interesting to see as Aang does his best to reconcile Harry the brother figure with that of the Emerald Dragons more ruthless, deadly, cold and calculating one. I feel that one of Aangs main obstacles in his road to becoming the Avatar, is that he only tries to master the other elements, while he disregards the cultures, believes and points of view of the other culture's, and only acting like a air bender. I feel that while he shouldn't throw away his lessons as a Airbender, he should learn to embrace the other culture's just as much as the elements to truly have balance like the Avatar should. Instead he usually acts and fights like a Airbender with the ability of bending all 4 elements.
