S4MP 0.46.0 - Home Chef Hustle support & bugfixes

- Fixed infinite wait when buying a horse from a ranch
- Fixed buying/selling horse via phone from Ranch Animal Exchange
- Fixed the new Cook... and Bake... dialogs in Home Chef Hustle stuff pack
- Fixed infinite baking time for pizza, batter, wafller etc.

Important things to keep in mind
- This version of the mod only supports The Sims 4 versions 1.101 and later.
- There are now different server regions (Europe, US, Asia Pacific), the room code only works in the region where the game has been hosted!
- As always, this version contains a lot of updates and most probably contains bugs. Feedback is very welcome, and it is a huge help to boost the development of the mod.
