S4MP 0.39.0 - Baby & infant fixes, Growing Together support [Win & OSX]

Changelog:
- Fixed the issue where build mode, map & gallery was disabled for client players after a baby was born
- Naming dialog now only appears for the right client after a baby was born
- Infants that born in the same game session are now selectable by client players
- Fixed duplicate Sim issue when babies age up to infants
- Added support for the Growing Together expansion pack in the launcher

Important things to keep in mind:
- This version of the mod only supports The Sims 4 versions 1.90 and later.
- There are now different server regions (Europe, US, Asia Pacific), the room code only works in the region where the game has been hosted!
- As always, this version contains a lot of updates and most probably contains bugs. Feedback is very welcome, and it is a huge help to boost the development of the mod.

1. S4MP never actually writes "you have not successfully loaded the multiplayer game" in the game. 2. If you still get multiplayer related notifications (and you can see S4MP_release in the mod list), it's 100% sure you haven't removed the mod yet properly. (Maybe you are clearing a wrong/backup mod folder?)

You can disable the expansion packs in the settings, or use the auto-sync feature when hosting, you can play online regardless of this issue.

So I have to launch the game in LAN mode because my friend doesn't have all of the packs I have. I was able to play on my own but now anytime I load into the game to go to manage world in our same save game it crashes.
