S4MP 0.28.0 - Action plans & bugfixes [Win & OSX]

Changelog:
- The favorite event feature in the calendar works for all players
- The genealogy panel works for all players
- All players can cancel festivals & holidays
- All players can vote for and repel neighborhood action plans
- Added support for Decor to the Max kit

Important things to keep in mind:
- This version of the mod only supports The Sims 4 versions 1.84 and later.
- There are now different server regions (Europe, US, Asia Pacific), the room code only works in the region where the game has been hosted!
- As always, this version contains a lot of updates and most probably contains bugs. Feedback is very welcome, and it is a huge help to boost the development of the mod.

What do you mean by Norten?
Next time i know on Norten and Windows 11 0.27 works but 0.28 Not on online iT doesnt snyc save game and you get to errors

I have a question, I am a Patron and my friend has access to multiplayer through me. How do they update to the newest version? I mean, in the sense that you pay for access and part of that tier is you get an extra code or whatever the terminology is.
