Itsuka Kendo – otherwise known by her hero name of Battle Fist - woke with a start, although calling it ‘waking up’ didn’t feel quite right. For some reason, she felt like she’d been awake for a long time, just… without her mind switched on. She didn’t feel the least bit tired. In fact, her brain felt completely fresh, roaring and ready to go.
Which was why there was no way she could miss how strange the situation she’d found herself in was.
For starters, she wasn’t in her home, or in a hospital (as one had to expect from time to time as a pro-hero), or even tied up in some dank villain lair. No, instead, she was in an unfamiliar bed in an unfamiliar room – a pink bed, and the walls were decorated with flowery wallpaper. Given the wardrobe and furniture dotted around the place, it looked to be someone’s bedroom…
Except, even then, something felt off about it. Everything seemed too neat and clean. It was more like a show room than a place someone actually lived.
Blinking, the redhead sat up, letting the sheets slide down – which revealed, to her surprise, a pair of breasts that couldn’t possibly have been hers. Not that she wasn’t proud of her figure, to an extent, but these girls were huge! As big as her head huge! There was no way they were real!
Wha- What was going on? Had she found a new way to use her quirk overnight? No, no way, that was ridiculous – but she tried to make her boobs shrink back down the same way she did her hands anyway. Nope, no dice. So, what on earth…?
Understandably, she started to panic, shoving her way out of bed and over towards the full length mirror she could see in the corner of the room. Thoughts about where she was or what had happened took a back seat to finding out what the hell had happened to her body. And unfortunately, the mirror itself did little to answer her, other than confirming that her chest was, indeed, huge.
In fact, it just gave her more questions. Like, why was her waist so thin? Why did her legs look so smooth? And why were her hips so wide?!
The entire disorienting experience felt like a dream, as though she had never truly woken up. Her breasts, as big as they were, didn’t feel heavy on her chest. Actually, she couldn’t feel any weight there at all, despite having apparently slept naked, with no bra in sight.
Confused, she rubbed at her face, trying to banish all traces of sleep, even if she didn’t feel them. But that meant she finally got a proper look at her own hands, and saw that they had changed too. Every finger, every digit was now smooth and rounded plastic.
Her hands were her quirk – they were important to her, and she knew them better than most. But these hands… They were practically strangers. Every callous and cut she’d ever gotten, every bruise and scar, all of them were gone. Vanished without a trace. Her skin was completely without blemish. In fact, it was so smooth it shined!
… Wait.
Her eyes narrowed, and she looked closer at her hands, then at the rest of her body. Her skin wasn’t just smooth – it was plastic. All of her body, big boobs, narrow waist, slender legs… All of it was made of plastic. Her ass, her hands, even… She reached up to check, gazing at her surprisingly calm looking face with growing horror… Yes, even her face was plastic. Her mouth could still move, but unless she was trying to talk or emote, it’d slip back into a default empty smile without her permission.
Even her eyes seemed to be painted plastic, and her hair simple red nylon. All of her joints had all been reformed into plastic hinges and sockets, and anything that wasn’t a joint… just, didn’t move. She couldn’t really bend or twist in the way she was used to. It wasn’t just her chest – her entire body had been transformed.
Turned into some kind of lifesized doll…
Curiously, she pinched one of her fingers with her other hand, wiggling it a little to test the joint. In some ways, it felt more flexible than ever, able to bend without effort in ways she couldn’t before. But, of course, in other ways, she was a lot less bendy. How had this happened?
What did she last remember? She’d been tracking someone… Yaoyorouzu! Right, her friend/rival heroine had vanished while trying to hunt down a criminal, and of course she’d gone looking for her. She’d even seen someone who had looked just like her, but dressed up in a strange costume and… stealing things, for some reason? Unfortunately before she’d been able to interrogate them she’d been knocked out…
Well, Itsuka Kendo wasn’t the kind of girl to take an insult to her pride like that without trying to get even. Plus she had a friend to look for as well. The trail had been hard to follow, but she’d started making headway. She’d tracked down the last place Momo had been seen, a warehouse in the city, and she’d just been about to start investigating when she’d sensed another presence nearby.
She’d felt a touch on the back of her neck…
And then nothing. Everything afterwards was blank. The next thing she’d known, she was here – and plastic.
What had happened?
She was so caught up in trying to remember that she almost missed the knock at the door. As it was, she was only slightly distracted when she turned at the door opening.
“There you are young lady.” A familiar voice with an unfamiliar tone filled her ears. “What kind of time do you call this?”
Oh. There was Momo. Dressed in a strangely risqué red summer dress, with an apron wrapped around her middle, she looked rather like a housewife. She was also just as plastic and busty as Itsuka now found herself.
It was all kind of a lot to take in just after waking up.
“Ya-Yaoyorozu?” She managed, looking at her friend in confusion. “What is this? What’s going on?”
But the strange, plastic Momo didn’t react to her name. Instead she just walked in, her doll-like steps stiff and awkward, tutting all the way. “What’s going on is that you’re going to be late for school if you don’t get dressed soon! And what kind of a thing is that to call your mother?”
“M-My Mother?!” What? What on earth was she talking about?
The other hero reached out, not seeming to care about what she was saying. “Here, I’ll help you get dressed…”
Itsuka’s hand caught her friend’s plastic wrist. She’d put up with enough of this nonsense. “No! No, Yaoyorozu, we have to get out of here! Something’s terribly wrong – we must be under the influence of a powerful quirk-!”
But Momo still wasn’t listening. “There you go again, young lady. Just what is a ‘Yaoyorozu’ supposed to be anyway?” Momo giggled through her little doll smile. “Always in such high spirits in the morning. I know what to do. A good pull on your cord should calm you down.”
Itsuka blinked. “My wha-OH!”
Before she could react – or before she could even work out what she was supposed to be reacting to – Momo had reached her free arm around behind her and grabbed the big white ring that she hadn’t noticed between her shoulder blades. With a firm tug, she dragged the ring, and the string it was attached to, all the way down to Itsuka’s hips – and sent the heroine’s mind shooting down into a bubbling cauldron of pleasure. It was intense to a level she’d never felt before, like every nerve in her body was singing with delight – and what’s more, it was instant. There was no warning before her world simply melted into perfect pink pleasure.
“I’m your cute Karate Kendo doll!” A voice that sounded very much like hers, but couldn’t have been because her brain was currently too obliterated with ecstasy to form coherent sentences, spilled from her plastic lips. “Play with me~!”
If she hadn’t been a doll, she would have collapsed in a heap, her body loose and limp after the explosion of overwhelming pleasure. As it was, though, instead she just stiffened up, wobbling slightly on her toes as her eyes rolled up in her head.
She was barely aware as her feet were gently lifted up to allow a black short skirt and then long dark socks to slide up her legs, before being set back down in sensible black shoes. Nor was she really aware of her arms being raised over her head, and a white shirt being dropped down over them, the buttons over her front being done up one by one with a mother’s loving care.
She only really came back to herself, her head still spinning, as she found her red hair being styled into girlish pigtails. Mom- Momo still tying the last one with a pretty green ribbon.
“There. Don’t you look lovely?” Her mother took her by the shoulders and turned her back to face the mirror. There, looking back at Itsuka, was the spitting image of a schoolgirl doll… Albeit, one with curves that no school girl could ever have. “Don’t worry, Mistress has given both of us permission to talk for today’s play. Now, off you go! You don’t want to be late for class, do you?”
“No mother~” Itsuka replied – and then jolted, because that time it had been her talking, and she had no idea why she’d said that. School? She’d already graduated from UA, she was an adult, why would she-
Good girls go to school!
A strange thought popped into her head as she stared at her reflection. That was… definitely a school girl in the mirror. Didn’t she want to be a good girl?
N-no, that… That wasn’t…
Mustn’t be late!
A shudder ran down her solid plastic spine. Oh, no, she absolutely couldn’t be late! Unthinkingly, she took a step towards the door, before catching herself.
No, no, stop! She’d found Yaoyorozu – now she needed to fix this situation and escape with her, not, not-
Go to school!
Right! Yes, she had to go to school, right now! That was definitely the most important thing.
Relieved to have sorted that out, the heroine took a confident stride out of the door, towards a mysterious, light filled hallway beyond…
She only paused once she had stepped outside, coming back to herself in confusion. Wait-
And then everything went dark as her brain simply switched off once more.
-
When she awoke – or switched on - again, she was already sitting in a classroom, placed behind a desk in the middle of the room. It was a pretty sudden transition, so one might forgive the hero for being disoriented… But Itsuka Kendo wasn’t that kind of person. The instant she was aware again, she pushed herself to her feet, straightening her stiff legs with determination.
‘Someone is toying with me,’ she thought, glaring at her surroundings and ignoring the small part of her that insisted that was fine because she was a toy. ‘I need to find a way to break their control and escape. If I can find a way out of here, I can bring back reinforcements to rescue Yaoyorozu… I hate to leave her here, but this is clearly more than we can handle like this.’
It was a sensible, practical plan, and she wasted no time in putting it into action. Rather than waiting around for whatever was supposed to happen next, she forced her doll joints to carry her over towards the door. It was a bit difficult, being unused to her new body, and her changed centre of balance nearly wobbled her over a few times, but she learned quickly. Soon, she’d managed to stride her way across the room, and was getting to grips with her situation.
Unfortunately, just as she was about to pull open the door, it burst in on its own, and Momo strode in.
“Kendo! What are you doing out of your seat?”
Itsuka staggered back in surprise, nearly falling on her ass before stabilising. “H-huh?”
Momo’s outfit had changed since she’d last seen her, the heroine noticed immediately. All of that ‘gentle housewife’ aura she’d had before were gone. Now she was dressed in a lengthy black skirt and a black cardigan over a white shirt. Sharp, thin rimmed glasses were balanced on her nose, and in her hand she held a pointer stick.
Given their surroundings, the feeling of ‘Teacher’ coming off of her was almost palpable.
“Go and sit back down. The lesson is about to begin.”
Yyyyep.
Still, Itsuka was done with these games. She knew to make sure nothing got near her pull string now, so she just had to force her way past her brainwashed friend, and then start work on escaping this… wherever she was. Even though Momo was here now, the plan hadn’t changed. Resolve firm, she opened her mouth to tell the other doll to get out of her way.
“Yes Teacher~”
And said something completely at odds with her intent. Worse, she even found herself doing exactly as she was told – spinning on her heel and heading back to her seat. All of her hard gained mobility was now being used against her!
Ugh, why was she doing this? Just because Good Girls listened to teacher, didn’t mean that she… That she… Wait, what?
Her head felt funny…
Up at the front of the class, Teacher Momo had moved in front of the blackboard, and was writing on it in chalk. By the time Itsuka had sat down, she had gotten a few lines jotted down, and now turned to face the ‘class’, pointing at the text with her stick.
“Today, we will be learning about the working world,” she said as the other doll slid back into her seat. “Specifically, these three lessons that will help you advance in any career you choose!”
The stick snapped against the board, right next to the first line of text.
“Lesson 1,” the ‘teacher’ read. “Bend at the waist whenever you need to pick something up!”
W-wait, what? Itsuka stared, slack jawed. What kind of lesson was that supposed to be? How would that help anyone’s career? That- that was just awful!
But Momo didn’t stop there. “Lesson 2: Low cut tops will get you everywhere!”
Oh come on. What kind of sick joke was this? What the hell was going on here?
“Lesson 3,” the mockery of education continued, “The best place to work is on your knees!”
“Get real!” Okay, Itsuka couldn’t help that one. She’d just yelled out in objection without thinking. But could you blame her? She had been fighting against sexism all of her heroing career, and she knew Momo had too. Hearing her forced to say such things so confidently was more than she could take.
It was still a bad idea, though – it attracted the teacher’s attention to her again.
“Ah,” the Momo-doll sighed theatrically, walking through the pool of desks towards her ‘student’. “I see our resident troublemaker requires some discipline…”
Itsuka paled. That sounded bad. “W-wait, hold on…”
“It’s fine,” Momo assured her. “I take my teaching responsibilities very seriously. Let’s make sure you learned your lessons. Simply repeat each line every time I pull your draw string.”
Shit. The last time that had happened, it had felt- she had no idea if she could take any more of that! Desperately, she tried to get out of her chair, but her ass remained firmly in her seat, refusing to budge.
Good students stay seated in class.
And before she could deal with that strange thought in her head, Momo already had a hand on her ring.
“Momo!” Itsuka’s eyes widened. “Don’t-!”
It was too late. She felt the string inside her got taut, felt it yanked down out of her like a bungie cord. It was like it pulled her mind out of her with it. Her jaw dropped open, her body going stiff as an unimaginable wave of pleasure crashed through her, blasting her sense to bits.
And through the haze and whirl of her scattered throughts, still smouldering with sparks of bliss, she heard a gentle voice.
“Lesson 1?”
She didn’t need to think about answering – she just did it automatically. “Bend at the waist whenever you need to pick something up~”
“Good girl.”
Pull.
Oh god, it felt even better the second time. She’d barely started to recover before she was blasted by another explosion of ecstasy, driving her deeper and deeper into an unending see of joy.
“Lesson 2?”
“Low cut tops will get you everywhere~” The words sang from her lips without hesitation.
“Good girl.”
Pull.
G-good girl… She was a good girl! It felt so good to be a good girl! A good little student learning her good little lessons~ Ah!
“Lesson 3?”
“The best place to work is on your knees~” Her own voice resonated through her hollow head, the lessons imprinting themselves on her plastic soul…
“Good doll.”
Good doll~
She was a good doll~
Momo smiled, releasing her student’s ring, leaving her friend mentally drooling in her seat, though in the physical realm she was just sat there, smiling like a doll. The teacher inspected her handiwork proudly for a moment, before holding out her now empty hand. A moment later and she had summoned the power of her quirk, creating a new set of clothes out of thin air.
“Soon you’ll be ready,” she giggled, sliding the start of a new uniform on over Itsuka’s head, “for a proper career at the office…”
-
By the time the blissed out haze finally receded, she was somewhere else. A simple office cubicle, with blue chipboard walls, a black desk, a phone, a filing cabinet, and a computer. She was wearing a black blazer over a white shirt, a pen resting snugly in her breast pocket.
Where… Where was she?
Who was she?
Everything in her head felt so strange and slippery, plastic memories slipping through her fingers. She remembered being… A student? No, a daughter. No, a hero! But… Which of those roles were real? Any of them?
She shook her head, trying to clear it. No, keep it together. She was… She was Itsuka Kendo. She was a hero. She had to remember that. As long as she could keep that in her head, the rest could be fixed later. Once she got out of here.
Speaking of, it was time to find a way-
Good dolls work from 9 to 5!
Her ass slammed back down into her chair before she could get more than half way to her feet, that strange voice that was starting to sound entirely too much like her own ringing in her head. Irritated, her eyes flicked up to the clock hanging on the distant wall in front of her. Its hands read 2:15, and didn’t seem to be moving. Damnit.
Okay, fine. She had to work out either a way of tricking her body into escaping, or into calling for help. Maybe the-
The phone on her desk rang, and she answered without thinking. “Hello?”
“Report to my office, Kendo…” A familiar voice cut through her dizzy thoughts, . “I have some questions for you about the account for Mr F. Raud…”
Oh no, a problem with the account!
Huh? Itsuka’s eyes fluttered. That voice in her head again. But what account? She hadn’t handled any accounts… Had she…?
“Yes Miss Momo, I’ll be right there…” She answered, still trying to work out what was real and what wasn’t. It should have been simple, but it felt so natural to fall into the role of a simple office worker. So natural to rise to her feet, and move through the empty cubicles to the waiting office, without a thought of looking for a way to escape. Even her doll-like strut felt perfectly normal…
In the office, Momo waited, sat behind a desk, dressed in an office blazer and a pencil skirt, peering over a pair of thick rimmed glasses – with no glass in them – at a set of papers on her desk. Said papers didn’t actually seem to have anything written on them.
“Kendo,” she said, straightening up. “I’ve been looking at this file, and it seems you’ve been trying to defraud the company of several billion dollars. What do you have to say for yourself?”
Huh?
Two things happened at once. One was Itsuka trying to work out what the hell was happening. She was being accused of fraud? For such an incredible amount? How? Everything felt like a dream, like make believe. It seemed so ridiculous, it just couldn’t be real. None of this could really be happening, right?
Which was sensible enough. But unfortunately, the second thing was a voice very much like her own thoughts going:
‘I’m in trouble! What can I do to get out of this?’
At the same time as her confusion. And when the logical side of her was too confused to understand what was going on, the other side seized the reigns.
And, like magic, old lessons rose up from inside her to guide her to safety.
Bend at the waist whenever you need to pick something up~
“Oh, oops.” She reached up and pulled her pen out of her breast pocket, dropping it on the ground. “I dropped my pen.”
Then, with a strangely practised ease, she turned around and bent over, giving her boss a good view of her ass as she spent her sweet time picking it back up. A glance over her shoulder gave her a glimpse of a very interested looking Momo, with her eyes practically glued to her behind… Perfect!
W-wait, what was she…?
Low cut tops will get you everywhere~
She turned around, placing her pen slowly back in her breast pocket, before teasingly running her fingers under the edge of her collar. “My, is it hot in here, or is it just me?”
Why… Why was she doing this?
She was being the best office worker she could be!
And of course, there was one final piece of advice she needed to make use of…
The best place to work is on your knees~
“Here,” she purred, sliding under Momo’s desk. “I know how to make you forget all about those silly files~”
Something seemed wrong about this, but the feeling was so distrant, so small. It might as well have not existed. Itsuka found herself staring up under her boss’s skirt, right into her plastic nethers, and couldn’t think of a single reason to stop.
So instead, she just leaned forward, and got to work.
“Mmn…” Her boss was squirming and moaning. She was doing a great job. She was a good office worker. “Ah, Kendo, you’re such a villain~”
Itsuka giggled with delight as her pull string seemed to pull itself, and happy dolly bliss swallowed her whole. A villain, huh…?
-
“You’ll never escape this time, Captain Damsel!”
“Gasp! Dollinator, you fiend!”
H-huh…? Where… Where was she? Her head felt so hollow…
It was like waking up again – awareness just suddenly seeped into her consciousness despite her not having been asleep. But it was a muted sensation this time – soft, like it was wrapped in wool. Her thoughts were so slow and small, drifting about inside a hollow head.
She was somewhere new… wasn’t she? A dark room – a cell of some kind? She was the one standing on the outside of the bars this time, though. She was dressed in a strange outfit, black leather with spiked shoulder pads and a slutty cleavage line. It looked… kind of evil?
Momo was here too – dressed in a white and blue bodysuit. She was behind the bars – in fact, she was chained up, arms and legs held out in an X shape, firmly secured.
“I should have known someone as villainous as you couldn’t be trusted!”
“Ahahaha, of course!” Itsuka found herself saying, hands planted firmly on her hips. “After all, am I not the greatest villain in all of Plas City?!”
No… This wasn’t right… Was it…?
“You nefarious crow – what’s your game?” Momo gave a token struggle against her chains, but clearly couldn’t budge them. Though it didn’t seem like she was trying too hard…
“I’m glad you asked!” Itsuka pulled a sheet on the wall aside and revealed a big screen, already pulsing with a swirling pink spiral. “I hope you like playing with dolls, Captain Damsel,” she said, a thrill running through her as she spoke the word ‘play’. “Because it’s time for you to join the ranks of my lovely Doll-o-trons!”
“Gasp!” Momo literally said the word gasp as she struggled. “Never! You won’t get away with this!”
This was… wrong. This was wrong! Itsuka seized the feeling with everything she had. She was a hero, not a villain! She knew that, deep in her heart. Even if she knew nothing else, she knew she wasn’t a villain…!
But she was certainly acting like one, giving out her best megalomaniacal laugh yet. “I will and I am! Just stare into the spiral, and let all of that pesky free will drain out of you for good!
“No, I- I can’t give up! I… I… Oohhh… pretty…”
She felt a surge of gleeful satisfaction in her chest as she watched her rival falter and start to drool. It felt so good… And yet so wrong. This was… wrong. She… She wasn’t a villain! … Right?
But if she wasn’t a villain, then why did she find it so hot to watch Momo’s jaw go slack, to watch her start mindlessly repeating her new mantra.
“I am a good doll. I obey. I am a good doll. I obey…”
“Yes, that’s it…” Kendo the Dollinator cackled, gleefully watching her rival’s fall. It was just like she’d always wanted. Yes, there was no doubt about it. She was truly the greatest villain in all of…
‘No! No… I’m not a villain!’ With a surge of will, she pushed back, forcing the idea out of her head. She wasn’t a villain. She wasn’t a villain!
And from within the depths of her soul, that familiar, seductive voice rose to agree. ‘That’s right…’
‘It… It is?’ She felt a spark of relief. ‘It is! Yes!’
‘You’re not a villain…’
‘Yeah… I’m not a villain…’ Itsuka relaxed a little, glad to finally clear her head.
‘You’re a doll.’
‘I’m a doll!’ She smiled proudly, confident and at peace.
A moment too late, some last sparks of her former self tried to object – ‘W-wait, I- Ooohhh…’
But it was too late. A moment of weakness, a slip of concentration, had opened the door to acceptance – and it flooded in instantly. All of her will had gone into denying being a villain, she had nothing left to protect herself. Liquid plastic washed over her thoughts, what few she had left, and turned them into pretty doll fluff – preserving her admission permanently.
‘I’m a doll!’ It echoed in her head, silencing all objections.
‘I’m a doll!’ Everything else faded away, no longer required in her empty doll head.
‘I’m a doll!’ A simple thought for a simple doll, repeating endlessly, forever on. It was the only thought she’d ever need from now on.
It even showed in the real world. Kendo doll finally relaxed into her role, embracing her villainous costume and delighting in the fall of her rival. A little too much, in fact, as she found herself staring into the pink spirals reflected in Momo’s eyes.
“I am a good doll,” Captain Damsel repeated once more, sealing her role into place for good. “I obey.”
“I am a good doll,” the Dollinator echoed, a plastic smile on her face, her eyes empty and glazed. “I obey~”
-
The doll awoke, though in truth it had never really slept. Her mind – plastic and hollow thought it was – had simply been… switched off, while she wasn’t in use. But now, she had a role to play again.
She slipped out of bed easily, and walked over to her mirror, smiling blankly at her reflection. A good doll stared back at her, big bust proudly pushed out, her hips fat and ready to grip. The perfect playtime pal.
Ah, but she couldn’t stare at her reflection all day. She had to get ready. She didn’t want to be late for school, after all! So, she hurried to get dressed, pulling her uniform on with quick, careful moments. She didn’t want to damage it, after all – what would tell her who she was if she damaged her clothes?
Only once every last button and ribbon was in place did she move on, hurrying out the door and skipping downstairs. Her mother was waiting for her by the dinner table.
“Good morning dear!”
“Good morning, Mama Kendo~” The Momo doll skipped up and kissed her mother on the cheek. “What’s for breakfast?”
The orange haired doll giggled, straightening her risqué red summer dress and smoothing her apron. “The usual, of course. Eat up quick, before-”
“I’m hooome~”
The two dolls turned to the front door. “Mistress!”
The vile villainess Fantastic Plastic herself stood in the door frame, still wearing her trademark pink catsuit – her villain costume. Sweeping her long, blonde hair back, she strode into the doll house, where she kept her most precious of toys, smiling at the pair. “Hello girls. Did you have fun playing?”
“Oh yes, Mistress~”
“So much fun, Mistress~”
Both dolls responded at once, their tones equally airy, and equally devoted. After all, their Mistress had returned – their beloved owner! And oh, both of them hoped that she would play with them. What more could toys like them want?
The blonde grinned, walking over and taking her newest doll – the orange haired one – by the chin to gaze into her eyes. Yep, nothing but a dull, mindless glaze in them now. Just another doll for her collection. She’d thought leaving her under her Momo-doll’s supervision would clear out the last of that silly free will of hers. “Glad to hear it! Why don’t you show me what you’ve been up to?”
“Of course, Mistress!”
“At once, Mistress!”
Giggling with delight, the two dolls turned and strutted towards the costume box, eager to show their owner their fun and games. Behind them, the door to the doll house closed – shutting the door on the fate of Itsuka Kendo, the mighty Battle Fist. Now, she was just Fantastic Plastic’s delightful Kendo-doll.
Just another heroine fallen into her plastic grip - never to return…
