S4MP 0.5.0 - Play Online - Available NOW! [Win & OSX]
🕑 Added 2020-04-08 22:56:56 +0000 UTCSetting up the mod has never been easier! No more Hamachi, Firewall struggles, play online with anyone, out of the box with the online version of the S4MP mod!
The 0.5.0 launcher has been completely rewritten from scratch; it brings you features such as:
- Out of the box online play with super-easy setup!
- Automatic save sync (also online!)
- The mod file (ts4script) now bundled with the launcher and installed automatically
Next up: 8+ players support! (not included in this release yet)
Due to the new login system, new accounts must be created for mod versions 0.4.5 and onwards. Active patrons receive information about the new account automatically via e-mail. (GOLD Sponsors also receive new invite codes!) Patrons, who have subscribed after the release of 0.5.0, will receive an account that is only valid for the new mod versions. Please note that in order to be eligible for online play you need an active Patreon subscription.
Important: There is a known severe lag issue during cross-platform play between Mac OSX and Windows, fix is to be released soon, in the meantime, it is recommended to use Windows with Bootcamp on the Mac computer as a workaround.
Mod version 0.4.5 operates over LAN, has the same feature set as 0.4.4 but uses the new login system.

Hi there, you don't need an invite code for yourself, an account has been automatically created for your Patreon e-mail address. The password setup e-mail might have ended up in spam, but you can always request a new one using the forgotten password option in the launcher!

Hi there! As versions go to public from early access, this limitation will be automatically removed ;) (check 0.3.2 for example) You also get an extra account with the $15 tier.

In future to play Lan it is necessary to always log in with 2 accounts?

Have you tried resetting the password? You can get a reset link from the forgotten password menu ;)
We are having trouble with login at the lancher, it says our password is invalid?

Don't worry about that, it will automatically change to connected once you've loaded up your save in-game ;)
