DZ (Trial) Quest - Difficulty
🕑 Added 2025-05-24 17:01:09 +0000 UTCThat last poll was a nail-biter, but in the end, SongsTress won out by a single vote! So, you'll be picking options for the musical malady, the queen of the chorus, the dancing diva of Desire heself! Excellent.
There's not many questions left before we begin, honestly - but I do want to know... How difficult do you want this game to be? Are you looking for a cakewalk where you win easily, or a long gruling march into hell?
This choice affects - but does not entirely control - how this Quest will go, and what kind of opposition you will face. Choose wisely! Which city are you about to emerge in?
Crystal Heights - Easy mode. A modern city guarded by the Serenity Pixies, a small team with minimal experience. They'll be slow to find you, and easier to fight - but unless you're unlucky or foolish, not much of a challenge.
Ruby Canyon - Medium mode. A city on the edge, filled with a surprising amount of resources, but also guarded by the Serenity Arts, a larger team that's not been in operation for very long. There's more to sate your Desires here, but also more danger.
Amber Hollow - Hard mode. A small town guarded by a Small Serenity team - the Serenity Blades are an experienced group that's down a member at the moment, and they're likely to overcompensate against you in a fight if they find you. Deafeating them will be very difficult, but the town will be yours if you manage it.
Emerald Bay - Expert mode. Guarded by the Serenity Daylights, one of the best teams on record. They're probably going to win. You don't want to fight these guys, they have combo attacks, they're only on this list as a trap option.
So who's it gunna be...?
