I hope everyone is well ๐ it's been another great week of training, and I feel fitness continues to improve. I have been doing a mixture of the Hyrox, CrossFit + conditioning classes + my strength sessions, and handstands sessions. I am still unsure of next year's competitions, but I focus on intense training and improving in all fitness areas. As you know, my handstand/movement and physique will always be at the forefront of my goals. This week, I think I have also found my nutrition and digestion to be the best they've been for a while.
I have been taking a probiotic daily and staying as hydrated as possible to minimise bloating and inflammationโI think it's been working quite well.
Along with training and nutrition, I have been meditating. Through meditation, I have experienced incredible things. Energy and frequency are so powerful. It's far easier to tap into the spiritual realm; with this, possibilities are infinite. I am learning as much as possible about alchemy, sublimation, transmutation, and being as intuitive as possible. The mind, body, and spirit are extraordinary. I feel a strong connection and calling with my purpose in these areas. As I continue to delve into them, the path becomes more apparent.
I will be heading home for Christmas on 21st December. I couldn't be more excited to see family and friends and welcome in 2025! I have ordered some items for movement pieces and am looking forward to sharing them with you all ๐ฅฐ๐.
There will be a lot of travel in 2025 and fantastic opportunities for movement. It is always an evolutionary process, and I can't force it. But I go through stages working on various things to contribute to making it as artistic, hypnotic, and emotional as possible.
It is always interesting to figure out how to keep the body at optimal function, fitness, flexibility, and strength while being aesthetic. Improving all areas at the same time is not easy, but it is what I strive to achieve. We will get closer to the winning formula 2025!
I will do another photo shoot in the summer 2025, hopefully beating my physique for 2024.
