No worries mate. I'm re-designing and re-printing my snail scoop, I can print out one for you too and send it to your P.O. Box if you want one. It's basically a rectangular bucket on a stick made out of PLA that you scrape the little fuckers into. Let me know, I'll be doing it soon.

Me again: For the snails, cut a zucchini in half lengthwise and put the halves in the tank for a few hours then pull them out and scrape the snails off into a small container and pour boiling water on them to kill them and then chuck them. The shrimp will jump off the pieces as you pull them out. I use a piece of wire that I've bent so that it goes through the zucchini and bends up to the top of the tank and over the lip so I can easily pull the bits out. I also designed and 3D printed a scoop for scraping them off the glass. You'll probably never win completely but you can control them if you put the effort in.
