The Weekend at the Lake Ch. 1

It was a trip that had been planned it out weeks in advance. There was camping allowed on site, so you all decided to make an entire weekend out of it. The first day was a total blast. Everyone had an amazing time swimming, hanging by the fire, and enjoying all the amenities that the lake had to offer. Everyone was up late into the night, enjoying the fire and the laughter that you all shared around it.
The next morning, you were the first one to wake, never being someone who was able to sleep in much. You knew it would be a while yet until your friends woke up, so you decided to go off on your own for a while and enjoy a nice refreshing swim in the lake. Wearing nothing but your shorts, you made your way off towards the lake. As you were walking, you noticed you were feeling a little tired and lightheaded. You figured it was probably just the remaining alcohol still in your system from the night before, mixed in with the lack of sleep. You were sure that once you jumped into the water, you would be completely fine.
You were about halfway across the beach when your head started to spin uncontrollably. It got so intense that you lost your balance and fell down onto your hands and knees. You were fighting the strong urge to puke as your head spun faster and faster. You clenched your eyes shut, trying to balance yourself out and stop the spinning. Suddenly, even though you were braced on your hands and knees, you felt a strong sensation of falling. Considering that your hands never left the ground, you found yourself utterly confused as to what had just happened.
When the world finally quit spinning, you took a few deep breaths and opened your eyes. There before you was the most horrifying site you had ever seen in your life. The beach that you had just been crossing had become a vast desert, stretching on for miles. You were mortified as the realization that you had caught the shrinking virus began to settle in. You had no idea what to do. Your friends were all still sleeping, so you never bothered to let anyone know where you were going. That meant that there was absolutely no chance of anyone coming to look for you, and by the time they noticed you were gone and began to look, they wouldn’t have a clue as to where to start, and certainly wouldn’t know that you had shrunk. In short, you were pretty fucked, and you knew it.
You spun in circles trying to see if you could locate anyone that might be able to help you, but it was still fairly early, and so far, you had been the only person on the beach. With no idea of what you should do, you decided that your best bet would be to try and get off this beach before something bad happened to you. Over the span of the next half hour, you made very little progress due to your extremely diminutive size, and you began to notice that people were now starting to make their way onto the beach. Determined to get off the beach and find help, you continued making your way towards the grass that surrounded the lake.
Of in the distance, directly in front of you, you saw a beautiful girl walking directly your way. Despite how far away she was, due to her massive size, she made up the distance in a matter of seconds, drawing ever closer to you. As she got closer and closer, you began to realize that you were directly in her path, and if she didn’t notice you, there was a good chance that she might accidentally step on you.
In seconds, she was practically on top of you, and in a panic, you turned around and began to run away. As she took her next step, the ball of her foot came down behind you, connecting with your upper back and pushing you down onto your stomach. As her weight settled down on top of you, you waited for her to finish her next step and take her foot off you, but that didn’t happen. Pinned under her foot, she stopped walking and began to sit. As she sat down, her foot slid forward, dragging you painfully through the sand as she did so.
When her foot finally came to a stop, you were completely trapped under the ball of her foot. In a panic, you began to claw at the sand in an attempt to pull yourself forward and out from underneath her foot. After a few minutes, you managed to break out from underneath her toes far enough that your whole upper body was now exposed.
You reached out and screamed for help as you watched a small group of friends walking past you and the girl, but at such a tiny size, no one seemed to notice you, not even the girl whose foot was now resting on you. After the small group had passed, you decided to try and turn your attention to the girl you were trapped under. You were about to attempt to roll over so you could beat on her toes, but she unexpectedly shifted her foot forward, once again burying you under the ball of her foot.
She then proceeded to press her feet down harder, burying her toes in the sand and crushing you painfully under her foot. After she settled down and found her comfortable position, she stopped moving completely and just laid there, soaking up the sun and pinning you firmly in place under her foot.
You had no idea how long you were stuck there, but when she finally started to move her foot again, you found yourself being drug around with it as it moved. Finally, her foot lifted up off the ground, and to your utter horror, you found yourself flying along with it, stuck firmly to the ball of her foot. She crossed her legs at her ankles, giving you a nice view of the lake and all the people walking by.
As more and more people walked past, you did the best you could to try and scream to get their attention, but you were far too small, and the noise at the lake was far too loud for anyone to hear you. Not to mention, you were now covered in sand from the way she had been grinding you into the ground, making it even harder for anyone to notice you. You saw a few kids walk past, and one of them seemed to look right at you.
He stopped and tugged on his friend's arm, pointing to you and whispering something to his buddy. The rest of his friends stopped and turned to look at you. You could see them all start to snicker and point for a couple seconds before walking away, laughing all the while. You couldn't believe it! All those kids definitely saw you, yet none of them made any attempt to help you, or at the very least inform the girl that she had a tiny person trapped to the bottom of her foot. It wasn't much longer after that before you once again found yourself face first in the ground as she stood up and began to make her way off the beach.
Once she reached the grass that surrounded the beach, she dropped her flip flops to the ground and slid her feet it, trapping you more securely to her foot. For the next several hours, she walked around in her flip flops, completely preventing you from seeing anything that was going on around you. When she finally kicked off her flip flops, she sat back and crossed her legs, giving you the first opportunity in hours to see where exactly you were.
You could tell by the set-up of picnic tables that you were in the eating area of the park. You could hear her laughing with some friends that she was with. While the angle that her foot was at raised you high enough to see what was going on around you a little bit, you were still angled too low for anyone to see you. From your angle, the most you could see of anyone was just about to the knee.
You could hear her and her friends wrapping up their conversation as they made plans to reconnect later at a nearby restaurant for dinner. After their conversation ended, the girl slipped back into her flip flops and was once again on the move. Again, you found yourself being endlessly trampled by this chick who had no idea that you were stuck under her foot. You had no clue how long you might be stuck down here, especially with her being clueless to your plight, but as the heat of the day began to cause her feet to sweat, you began to really hope that she would notice you soon.
Hours passed, and you eventually found yourself joining this girl and her friends for dinner, as she still hadn’t noticed your presence. She ended up lifting up the foot that you were stuck to and crossing her leg over the other, leaving the flip flop to dangle a bit, giving you a chance to hear the conversation going on around you. You were very quickly concerned as you realized that they were talking about their plans for heading to the gym after their meal to work off all the carbs they were currently eating.
After a little while, the girl changed positions, switching her legs so that you were now once again being pushed into the insole of her flip flop as her other foot added extra weight to the knee above you. After making this shift, the sounds around you became too muffled to understand anymore. It wasn’t much longer after that when the extra weight pushing down on you ceased. Her foot slid out of the flip flop and began to rise. Down below you, you could see her other foot, now covered by a pink sock. To your utter horror, there was nothing you could do but watch as the sock’s matching partner began to overtake the foot that you were currently stuck under.
The sock quickly overtook you, and the panic really began to set in when you heard her let go of the sock, leaving the elastic opening to slap against her ankle.
Only a few short seconds later you could feel yourself being mashed into the insole of her sneaker. This was not good. Due to the heat of the day, her foot had already begun to give off a little bit of a cheesy stink. It wasn’t much of a problem in the flip flops because the surrounding air was constantly blowing the smell away. Now that she had her socks and shoes on, there was no fresh air to whisk away the smell, causing it to start growing worse in the stagnant environment.
The local gym wasn’t too far from where the restaurant was, and before you knew it, she had begun to work out. It only took a few minutes for her feet to begin sweating profusely. The stench that had begun to surround you intensified faster than you were capable of comprehending. Before you knew it, the stench around you grew to unbearable heights. You had never been more disgusted in your life as the sweat that surrounded you soaked into your skin, burning your flesh all the while. There was absolutely nothing you could do but wait until her workout was over and hope that she noticed you when she changed out of her gym attire.
By the time she had finished with her workout, you found yourself wishing for death. The conditions inside her shoe were absolutely unbearable, causing your suffering to be the most intense experience of your life. You were overjoyed when her foot slid out of her shoe, and even more excited when she peeled her nasty, sweat soaked sock off. However, you quickly realized that she had no intent of taking a shower as she slid her bare foot back into her flip flop and began to leave.
The girl then made her way back home, once again, unknowingly taking you with her. When she got home, she kicked off her flip flops and began to walk around the house. It wasn’t much after that when her friends began to show up. Apparently, they had made plans at the gym to meet up afterwards to drink a bit. Once all the girls had showed up, they decided to make their way out to the back yard to enjoy the nice summer evening weather. For a while you were just being crushed into the ground as she sat on the back patio, but then something wonderful happened. She lifted her feet up and propped them up on the table that she was sitting at.
When her foot came to a stop, you found yourself full of excitement as you made eye contact with a friend of hers that was sitting across from her. There was no way she didn’t notice you! You were finally found, and you couldn’t be happier!
“Um, Jess..” The girl said. “Are you aware that you have a tiny stuck to your foot?”
“What!?” She responded. “Really!? Is he still alive!?”
“Yea. At least, I think so. Do you want me to peel him off?”
She laughed and stuck her middle finger up at her foot.
“Fuck him.” She said. “He should have been more careful! It’s not my problem.”
They both laughed hysterically.
“C’mon Jess,” her friend said. “That’s pretty cruel. Don’t you want to know how he got there in the first place?”
“Honestly,” Jess replied, “it’s been a long ass day, and I’m absolutely exhausted. As I said, he should’ve been more careful. I’m to tired to figure out how to help him right now, so unfortunately for him, I think I’m probably just going to leave him there for the night so that I don’t lose him and figure out what to do tomorrow.”
“That’s pretty harsh. You didn’t even shower after the gym, and to be completely honest, I can smell your feet all the way over here, and it’s pretty gross.”
“Oh well. That sounds like his problem, not mine. We’re on vacation for Christ's sake, plus I’m fuckin exhausted. I’ll deal with him in the morning when I’m feeling more well rested.”
“Well, can you at least do something else with your feet. They seriously fuckin stink.”
“Whatever, I’ll be back in a minute I guess..”
Suddenly, your world moved at a dizzying pace as her feet dropped back down to the ground below her. Once again, you found yourself trampled under her as she walked back into the house. For a minute, the weight decreased as she sat down on the couch. For a minute, her foot remained motionless, then suddenly, without warning her foot shot up. Beneath you, you could see her other foot was now covered by a pink shoe. To your utter horror, there was nothing you could do but watch as the matching shoe began to slide over the foot that you were trapped to.
As her foot sealed into place, you couldn’t believe that she was doing this to you. It would have taken literally no effort to peel me off and set me free for the night, but instead, she decided she’d rather just leave me here to suffer. And while the shoes themselves looked to be fairly new, she must be really good at taking care of her shoes, because the smell that was held within them told a completely different story. After sealing you, and the stench of her feet, within her shoe, she got up and made her way back outside to her friends.
Once she walked out of the air-conditioned house, the summer heat began warming her feet up at an alarming rate. It only took a matter of minutes for her foot to begin to perspire heavily. As quickly as her feet began to sweat, and as bad as the smell it was creating was, you could no longer decide if these shoes smelled so terrible due to age, or due to the fact that maybe this girl just has a serious foot odor problem. Either way, you knew it didn’t really make much difference, because at the end of the day, you’d be forced to simply deal with it until she decided that she was ready to set you free and help you.
The hours ticked by slowly, feeling like an eternity in your shoe prison. You could hear the muffled sounds of the girls talking as they spent the night together, enjoying themselves with no concern to your wellbeing. It was bad enough just being in your current predicament, trapped to some random chicks' foot, while knowing that she was completely aware of your situation and couldn’t give a shit less to help. But the increasingly disgusting conditions that you were being forced to deal with as a result of her complete and total disregard for you, made the whole experience so much worse.
Then as the sun went down, the girls decided to build a fire to sit around. As they sat around the fire, Jess stretched her legs out in front of her, putting her feet fairly close to the fire. At this point, her and her friends had gotten fairly drunk, and you were the last thing on anyone’s mind. In fact, though you were completely unaware of it, they had actually completely forgotten about you, lost in the good time they were having together. Jess putting her feet next to the fire was in no way an attempt to torment you, it just so happened to be how she felt most comfortable sitting at the moment.
As Jess sat there drinking and joking with her friends, her feet were quickly getting hotter and hotter, sweating profusely and creating such a repulsive smell that you were surprised didn’t suffocate you. Being as drunk as she was, Jess wasn’t really paying any mind to her feet and hadn’t noticed in even the slightest regard as to how bad they had begun to sweat. Her feet were absolutely soaked, and the inside of her shoe was a damp, humid climate that caused you to beg for death, and she was completely clueless.
The girls sat by the fire all night, gossiping, joking, and just having an all-around good time. They were on vacation, so nothing really mattered as they stayed up late into the early morning hours. Finally, completely wasted and exhausted, the girls decided that it was time to turn in. The sun would be up soon, and they had planned on going back to the lake later, so they wanted to get to bed before they ended up sleeping their whole day away.
When Jess finally got up and started to stumble her way into the house, you could feel a hint of excitement rising within you. You knew she had no intentions of taking you off her foot tonight, but at least she was finally getting away from the fire, and you were sure due to just how long you were trapped in her shoe, that it had to be extremely late at this point. That meant that she was more than likely making her way to bed, which meant no more shoes.
The hours spent in her shoe in such close proximity to the fire, had caused the conditions within her shoe to become worse than you could have ever dreamt in your worst nightmare. You were completely drenched in her hot sticky sweat that burned your skin as your pores naturally tried to absorb it. Your lungs burned with an intensity like the sun with every sweat filled breath you took. Your eyes burned so bad that you were sure that this whole situation was going to cause you to go blind. And as she made her way through the house towards her room, your mind flooded with excitement at the thought of her finally removing these God-awful shoes.
What you were unfortunately unaware of, was just how wasted she was. Not only that, the reason why her shoes stunk so bad when she first put them on was not due to how old they were, but rather the fact that she had some fairly poor hygiene habits. So when she drunkenly climbed into her bed with her shoes still on, she paid no mind to it. There had been plenty of sober nights when she simply got home too tired to care enough to remove her shoes before going to bed, so this honestly wasn’t even anything new to her. She might have thought to remove her shoe, had she remembered that you were stuck to her foot, but unfortunately for you, her drunken brain had forgotten about you hours ago.
After climbing into bed, she pulled the covers up over her body and dozed off only seconds later. It didn’t take you long to figure out what had happened, and as the realization settled in, you began to cry uncontrollably. Her foot was causing you so much agonizing pain and suffering, and she carelessly went to bed without even bothering to remove her shoes to give you at least a little fresh air! You were furious! How could this bitch be so fucking inconsiderate to another human being. You knew that while there was no telling how long she would be asleep for, you were pretty sure it was going to be a good many hours. All you could do now was accept the reality of the situation for what it was and do your best to fall asleep to try and get through this as quickly as possible.
