Hi, the file itself is fine—it’s already a ZIP, so there’s no need to convert it. Please try downloading it to your computer first, then open it with an unzip program (like WinRAR, 7-Zip, or the built-in extractor). That should work. If you’re trying to open it on mobile, sometimes the default app doesn’t handle ZIPs well, so using a PC or a different unzip app will solve it.

Unfortunately, this file can't be converted because it's already listed as a ZIP file. And after downloading it, when I try to open the file, it says the process isn't complete. I'd appreciate some help with this. Thanks.
