Dave, something to fix when creating the complete book - pages in this section are out of order (numbering vs. alphabetical). You might want to correct this on the final compiled product.

Say, not to be a jackass here, not sure what's happening, but when I click to download the PDF, it just opens as a... 'file'. Just a generic thing, not a PDF.
