[Call for Suggestions] NPC Idea

I'm making a zany new adventure based on a popular '80s movie which ALSO happens to be a spin-off of Hand of the Eight Chapter 4 (the one in Orbea).
However, I need an idea for a zany NPC to assist the characters and act as a guide.
Give me your ideas. Best idea gets used and credited. Bonus if it's actually a character that you play.
You don't have to go into too much detail. Preferably keep it around 140-characters—if it won't fit into a Twitter feed, you've typed too much.

One of my backups is a Tiefling Rogue/Sorcerer who's paranoid about people reading her mind so refuses to learn peoples names, giving them nicknames instead.
