All I have is this map and the title. But who is the one-eyed baron?
(Please, make your answers SFW, I do realize the implications of this title but hey... you roll with what a random generator gives you.)

A previously fought beholder who now has only one eyestalk left, whether its the main anti magic eye or one of the minor ones.

The last protecting noble of the city, he stood and fought till the last. With his final breath he vowed he would continue to protect the land. The attacking town couldn't react when the undead came at night and wiped them out. Now, and for the last one hundred years, a dense fog permeates the city. Undead guards march their rounds and the One eyed Baron watches still. A glowing fire in one socket and an endless night in the other within his ghostly form.
