If you rewatch the livestream, I guess you can catch a bit of the process, like how he tweaked the interval time between keyframes to add some rythm to the whole scene (toward the end of the live stream). Sure it's not a source file, though... But of you have any software that allows you to see or use keyframe, I guess you can study or redo it from the gif. Not sure it can help, sorry ^^

Thanks for the gif, that's already awesome! 🎉 About the TVPaint raw file, that's understandable, moreover not everyone has the software to open them, opposite to a .psd for which you can find multiple solutions. (Plus let's add not everybody is respectful of the "don't share" policy, so that's much safer 🤔)
