Shikishi Tier August 2019

The roster for August's bundle of purchasable Shikishi are ready!
As always, the Shikishi that will be part of the Tier will be marked with a green box on the top right.
We have 22 Shikishi that we feel comfortable to part with for this bunch... However, we went over capacity once again for July's Shikishi by one person once again. So, we will be borrowing one Shikishi from August, making the total available units to 21.

Again, apologies for the inconvenience but I am not sure why this keeps on happening when there's a clear limitation applied to the maximum participants.
If anyone has a clue on why this is happening, any inputs will be appreciated.

the release date for the shikishi say 10/03/2019 is on Monday but the day is actually Thursday, is that correct???

Reading through the previous posts and I think the overcapacity issue originated when you re-scheduled the July Shikishi Tier. Initially the July Shikishi tier had 20 but was reduced to 19 because of the overcapacity from the June Shikishi. When you re-scheduled the July Shikishi, you posted 20 units instead of 19 and I think you might have unintentionally added an extra slot because of this. https://www.patreon.com/posts/julys-shikishi-29451367

Oh? Glad to hear that if it's not possible to prgram a bot for patreon ^^ Normally if popular items with limited quantities are released there are usually always bots involved which was my train of thought. Especially since the shikishi go away so quickly xD

Can you try making a $0 tier as a test so we can see if we can replicate the problem of being over by 1? If it's consistent, then reducing the total allowed number by 1 could be a possible solution. I can try to make my own patreon to debug as well.

As a programmer, I can tell you, it's not bots. I think reducing the quantity by 1 is a plausible idea.

Either way i think your team is handling the issue well. I have no problem if you handle the issue by taking a shikishi from the next run. Alternatetivly, if the difference is always one piece, you could just reduce the available quantity further by one and thus always have a reserve shikishi from the actual run. It's just an idea though.

Getting hyped for this :D Maybe i will get lucky this third time around ^^ as for over capacity sales... it's maybe too early to make assumptions as it is only the second run so far but maybe some people are using bots to get an advantage which patreon can't deal with?
