Update: Purchasable Shikishi will be delayed

I've got unfortunate news to to share today.
As the title states, we will have to delay the availability of our new reward Tier with physical shikishi to June.

I would like to apologize on behalf of the studio for this inconvenience.
The reason behind the push back is due to my incompetence to relay the information with our staffs. Since we are making a drastic change to how the monthly Shikishi's are being handled, I have to make it 100% clear with our staffs that the provided Shikishi's may potentially be gifted/sold to our patrons.
Since many of our staffs are currently drawing on these shikishi's with the understanding that they will not be made publicly available, the way they might draw or present the illustration on the shikishi may change if that were not the case.
It was brought to my attention today, that many of our staffs were not aware of the transition we planned to make. I understand that a good number of our patrons were looking forward for this new Tier, but I will be requiring another month to thoroughly explain the situation with all of our staffs.
Again, I apologize for the inconvenience, but we will be making the new Tier available from June's bunch of Shikishi.

I think it's good to properly explain to the whole staff about this new Tier. Make sure no one gets upset that their Shikshi illustrations are being sold without their knowledge.

They normally do. It's usually Tattun, Waka, and Koyama who are there every year. I'm hoping they can show Promare at the con and bring Akira Amemiya to talk about SSSS.GRIDMAN.

A big change like that needs time and preperation so i fully get that you will need another month making the staff know and prepare the methods for shipping and packaging the shikishi. Take your time to organise we understand that it needs time to make everything go accordingly with the new Tier.

Could you collect the shikishi into two "boxes" or "groups" One marked "for physical reward/gift" and one "showing gratitude only" or have them write on the back that they're okay with it being sent out to patrons, and have it not be sent as the default i would hate for staff to feel they can't show appreciation to patreon/us just because they're uncomfortable with the shikishi being sent out. it seems unfair for it to be all or nothing
