We have left the material plane and are on to the stuff of dreams. I’ve been an avid lucid dreamer since I was a child, and one thing I’ve learned is that dreams permeate our waking reality.
Worries, regrets, and doubts are all just overlays of nightmares in real time. Here’s how:
Worry = nightmares about the future (we cannot predict the future)
Regret = nightmares about the past (we cannot change the past)
Doubts = nightmares about the present (we cannot know what we don’t know)
And the best way to take the power away from a nightmare is to turn and face it, and accept it for what it really is: An illusion.
