So he needed to make enough money to buy all the parts and then pay an engineer to put them all together in the real world, which was going to be a lot. Jenzen spent the next three years thinking and trying ideas only to come up short.
Then one day while sitting in his digital apartment, he was watching random pop-up ads trying to think of ideas when the ad for an adult website popped up. Jenzen tilted his head and said he needed to make as much money as those women.
It then clicked in Jenzen’s head. He could make as much money as those women, and to do that he just had to become one of those women. Jenzen jumped out of his bed and pulled up his hacked avatar menu.

Your words here ring true, and I've actually found myself thinking about this a lot lately. Anyway, the story was quite fun, and I'm not sure if it was supposed to be as sci-fi as I made it, but I love getting to see the cyberpunk look in a story. C:

Sometimes we can spend years searching for our place in this world and then accidentally find ourselves in the right place at the right time and realize that this is where we feel good and we want to stay, and it's up to us whether we stay or continue on our way... Perhaps it just seemed that way to us and this place is far from being as ideal as we think and we need to continue on our way, or perhaps we're already in our place and let the future simply lead us away from the place where we feel good... Alas, it's impossible to know this in advance and you have to decide for yourself whether to continue looking for your own opinion in the world or not... Well, at least we know for sure that Jenzen has found her own opinion in the world, even if it's extremely unusual, but she likes it, and that's the main thing!
