It was nearly two in the morning and Madilyn had just walked through her front door after attending a banquet in celebration of her and all the work she does to further the rights of the Lgbt+, and she was quite exhausted.
She loved her work, and she loved that it helped a lot of people, but she really hated things like banquets. They were always so fancy and anyone attending was expected to dress up to fit that, which Madilyn hated.
Even though she looked amazing in her sparkly pink dress, and she had a figure most women would kill for with her perfect curves and busty chest, she’d rather chill around in a pair of pants with a nice sweater, and she honestly couldn’t care less about her chest and figure.
Madilyn goes right into her bedroom, and as she sits on her bed, she notices herself in the mirror attached to her closet door. She stared at herself for a minute before groaning and saying something about how ridiculous she felt like this.
She then looked down at her feet, which were killing her thanks to the three-inch heels she’d been standing in all night. Every time she wears heels, her feet swell up and hurt for days, and it was the worst, but tonight it was so much worse.
Her feet felt so swollen that it felt like her heels were about to slingshot off her feet, almost like that scene out of Cinderella where the stepsister with the big feet tried to put on the glass slipper but her feet were too big.
Madilyn leaned back and looked up at the ceiling. She let out a long sigh and said she really wished she didn’t have to dress like this. After that she leaned forward and shook her head. She told herself that it was worth it, no matter how painful or uncomfortable.
Madilyn then leaned down and grabbed her heels and tore them off her feet. She was a little surprised, as it was actually really hard to get them off. Madilyn placed the heels next to her feet and raised an eyebrow.
Her feet were much larger than the heels, but strangely they didn’t look all that swollen, which didn’t make a lot of sense. Had she actually gotten bigger and she hadn’t noticed? Or had she messed up when she bought the heels and got them too small?
Madilyn ran her finger up and down on her temple trying to figure out what it was; as she did, she realized she still had elbow-length white gloves on, and strangely, like her heels they felt a bit tight, which was extremely unusual as they normally fit perfectly.
Madilyn grabbed the top of it and started to peel the long glove down to get it off. As it reached her elbow, she noticed her upper arms looked a bit different. They were larger and slightly toned. Madilyn wondered when they got like that.
She’d been moving a ton of stuff on and off of trucks lately, so maybe that was it. She shook her head, deciding not to worry about it, as it didn’t look bad, and she didn’t mind having a bit of muscle on her body.
She continued to peel her clove off and as she made it to her forearm, she was met with quite the unusual sight. Her arms were hairy, and not just the normal amount she’d get from a couple of days without shaving, but instead like she hadn’t shaved in months.
Madilyn pulled the rest of the glove off and looked at her fingers, and they too looked different. They were thicker, and the palm felt tougher, the complete opposite of how she remembered them, which was long, dainty and soft.
Madilyn dropped the glove on the floor and quickly pulled the other one off to see if it was the same, and sure enough, her other arm, from her upper arm to her fingertips, was completely different and matched the other one.
Madilyn put both of her arms in front of her; she couldn’t believe how different they looked. They almost looked like a guy's arms, uncared for and free. She let out a laugh, thinking about how others would judge her for letting her arms look like this but how she honestly didn’t mind.
Still though, she knew she was going to have to shave and use a ton of lotion in the morning. As for her hands looking different, she convinced herself that she was just tired and seeing things since it’s been a long night.
Madilyn stood up, reached her arms behind her and unzipped her dress, letting it fall to the ground around her feet. She then stepped out of the dress and stretched like she normally did as she got out of a tight dress like that.
However, she didn’t exactly feel like she was out of it, or more accurately, it felt like she was wearing something else. Madilyn looked down to find she was wearing a corset, and below that she seemed to be wearing shapewear for her butt and hips.
Madilyn placed her hand on her butt and found it had quite a thick pad inside it, the same as the ones on her hips. Madilyn once again ran her finger on her temple as she tried to figure out when she put it on and why; it wasn’t like her body needed it.
Madilyn sighed and said she must be extremely tired; that would explain why she didn’t remember putting them on. Madilyn reached her hands around her back and grabbed her bra; she unlatched and removed it, and as she did, two large things fell from her chest and landed on her toes.
Madilyn looked down at them and had no idea what they were. They were large, the same color as her skin and quite squishy. Madilyn bent down in order to pick one of them up to see what they were, but that’s when something fell off her head and landed on top of them.
This new item Madilyn knew exactly what it was; it was a long blonde wig, which looked just like her hair. Madilyn stared at it for a moment and then took her hand and ran it over her head. Her jaw dropped as she realized she now had shorter hair.
Using her other hand, she moved the wig out of the way and turned over the item that had fallen off earlier. They turned out to be breast forms, which Madilyn knew she didn’t even own, yet they had just fallen off of her.
Madilyn, using the same hand she used to turn the breast forms over, moved it to her chest and started moving it around. There she found a flat, firm surface, and not the massive breasts she normally had.
It finally clicked in Madilyn’s head what was going on, but she had to see it herself. So she left the breast forms and wig on the floor and ran right up to her mirror. There she could see the changes she’s already discovered.
Her more masculine arms and legs, her flat chest, and her short hair. Madilyn’s attention went down to the things she was still wearing. Her mind raced as it wondered if she’d continue to look more and more like a guy by taking them off.
She had to know, so she grabbed her corset and started unlatching it. Hook by hook until it was falling to the ground, and the curves she had vanished as her new waistline came flowing out of the corset.
Madilyn wasted no time and grabbed the special underwear she was now wearing that helped keep the hip and butt pads in place; she dropped them to the ground, removing the last of her curves and making her butt barely big enough to notice.
That left Madilyn standing there in just a pair of panties that had been hidden underneath. Madilyn stared intently at the panties in the mirror, because there was a very large noticeable bulge inside them, which he knew could only mean one thing.
Madilyn takes his hands and grabs the strings of the panties and pulls them down. He let them drop to his ankles, and he felt incredibly relieved as his manhood came dangling out, no longer crushed by the tight pink garment.
Madilyn put his hand over his mouth and couldn't believe it; he was really a guy now. Completely amused and amazed by this, Madilyn touched it to make sure it was real; he then swung his hips side to side just to watch his manhood swing around.
After doing that for a bit, Madilyn looked himself over again and realized he still looked a bit feminine. His face was covered in makeup, which clearly didn’t fit with how he looked right now. So he walked over to his makeup table and grabbed a couple of makeup-removing wipes.
Using them, he removed every last bit of makeup from his face, and once he was done and looked in the mirror again, he saw a handsome-looking young man looking back at him. His face was completely different.
His eyes were smaller, with his eyelashes looking as though they got thinner, while his eyebrows looked thicker. His nose wasn’t as small and pointed as it was before and his lips were thin and not as pink as they were before.
His look of surprise quickly turned to one of joy as he spun around shaking his fist. Once he stopped spinning, he lifted his hands into the air and cheered. He was so happy to be a guy and even happier knowing he’d never have to wear a dress or heels again.
His celebration ends a bit sooner than he would have hoped as he realizes there is one major problem with his change. He loved his new body and wasn’t going to give it up, but he doesn’t have any clothes that’ll fit his new body.
So it looks like he’ll be inside for the next few days ordering clothes online; once they arrive, he’ll be able to go outside without worry. He even knows the first thing he’s going to do, and that’s buy a nice suit.

I used to do these more often when I started but stopped since they weren't as popular, but this commission likes TG stories both ways, so I write them. It's nice, as I'm not strickly mtf writer, and I do enjoy making these ones and giving ftm charcaters the spotlight they deserve.

Another story about a woman transforming into a man, not the other way around as we're used to. I think I'm starting to get used to it. I was initially suspicious of stories like this, but I'm gradually getting used to it. I can't say anything specific about the story itself, it's just an interesting story with an interesting concept of transformation.
