I can't believe it's already the end of the fruits basket reaction im gonna feel so empty without them.... :(((( Also, i totally understand how HARD it is to trust and forgive akito because i feel the same. I get where she came from but as a human, and because i'm sadly not as kind as Tohru it's too diffucult for me to forgive her.... everything she has done to everyone is unforgivable to me. You're right, simple apologies won't do. ACTIONS NEED TO BE MADE FOR HER TO GET REDEMPTION, and even so i can't forgive her at all....... sorry but the amount of trauma this girl brought to a whole generation ??? Writing-wise, Tohru's as a character is GOATED and i really do admire her, our favorite therapist ahah but I think we can appreciate and understand the writing of a character while also disagree with their action because at their place we would not have done the same. Anyway, i'm going to enjoy to the fullest those 2 last episodes, kinda looking forward to the movie also i'll take any J&J x Fruba crumbs i can.

I understand not trusting Akito but if you really see how she’s been unraveling over these past few episodes you’ll understand why this is happening. I feel like there is an acceptance that’s slowly starting to happen in her. I also have to say that I LOVE Akito as a character, hate her guts and every time I rewatch I still hate her so much but that’s a testament to the writing where I can understand what her character went through and love the writing of her as this character but still hate her. I think she’s one of the best written antagonists (or villain if you will) that I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing this far in my life
