To that, I'd say there are options when filling out the paperwork to require the employee to use condoms. In this case, the woman renting his body didn't fill it out on purpose.

sounds logical, but here I can notice that the employee could have used condoms, contraceptives and other means of protection, but did not use them, which led (theoretically) to pregnancy, so in fact a certain share of the blame also lies with him

I think it depends on each situation. Since the original owner gave consent she would be responsible even if the worker is the one having the sex.
