The council decides: Punished for a crime they didn’t commit

Welcome my fellow council members, as you know we are here to decide the fate of the one known as Marship42. Many ideas were submitted and we all voted on one, now we shall watch as it unfolds. The morning sun began to rise, causing light to shine through the windows in Marship42’s room. They woke up and began their normal morning routine. Getting dressed, eating breakfast and brushing their teeth.
Since it was such a good morning they decided they should go for a run. It was only about a mile to a local park, so the plan was to take a quick run there and relax in the park for a while and run back and go about the rest of the day. As they were running they noticed the city was pretty busy this morning. Normally there's no traffic in this area this time of morning. One of the main roads has to be blocked for traffic to back up this far.
That’s somewhat good news for Marship42, bumper to bumper traffic means almost no waiting at crosswalks. So they got to the park even quicker than they expected. They found a shady area with a picnic table and sat down to enjoy the view. After a few minutes a ton of police sirens could be heard, they came flying by the park Marship42 was in. Not long after the police went by a super load sound could be heard, almost like something exploded.
Marship42 became concerned, deciding to try the local news app to see if anything had been reported. Of course there wasn’t anything yet, it was too soon. Marship42 decided that staying in the area was probably not the smartest idea. As they were getting ready to leave, about five guys, all wearing black ski masks and carrying large black bags came running from the direction the police and loud sounds had come from. One of them seemed to be injured and fell to the ground.
The group stopped and started to panic. That’s when they noticed me, one ran up Marship42 and pointed a gun at them. He told them to give their identification to them. Not wanting to be shot they complied with the orders. The man said good, and handed Marship42 two heavy duffle bags. The man told them to take these home, and not call the cops or lose them, he now knew where Marship42 lived and there would be consequences.
Marship42 began to fear for their life and did exactly what the man wanted, running as non-suspiciously as they could back home. Once they reached their home, they locked the doors and closed all the curtains. Marship42 opened the bags to see what they were now stashing for what was most definitely a bunch of criminals. They were surprised at the massive amount of money in the bags. Each bag had nearly one million dollars in them.
Even more panic set in, what were they supposed to do with all this. They couldn’t just leave it sitting on the counter and who knew when those criminals would show up to claim it. So Marship42 decided to pull up an old floorboard and hide the bags underneath. The next day the news had a massive report about the whole situation. Those five men had robbed a very high end bank, they used an explosive to cover their exit as they made their way through the park to their getaway vehicle.
One of the men was shot by a cop during the robbery, and he apparently bled out after they left the park. The man who was carrying the injured man stayed behind with his buddy as he died, but refused to be arrested and was eventually shot by a cop. The other three men made it to their getaway vehicle, but were spotted by the police. This started a police chase that ended with the driver crashing into the side of a building. Both people sitting in the front of the car died instantly.
The van they were driving started to catch fire, and burn very quickly due to the gas leaking and the vast amount of money. The last man managed to escape the van before it exploded and was arrested and brought to a hospital. It seems he fell into a coma and wasn’t likely to wake up anytime soon. The police reported that all the money had burned in the van, so that means they didn;t know Marship42 had any of it. It was also likely Marship42 identification burned in the van as well.
So now Marship42 found themselves with an alarming amount of money with no one coming to get it. They knew it was wrong to keep the money, but if they went to the police now, they might think Marship42 was part of the crew. So they decided to keep it hidden and only use the money in little bits, until it was all gone. This worked for a couple months, until one day, while using their new computer, Marship42 received a very suspicious message. “I know what you did.” The message was accompanied by a short video clip. Marship42 watched the video only to see it contained footage of them accepting the two bags and running off.
“If you don’t want to end up in jail, you’re going to have to do as I say.” Marship42 panicked and messaged them back, trying to say they were forced to take the money. “Oh I’m sure you were. When I’m done with you, you’ll really know what it’s like to be forced to do something. Marship42 agreed to do whatever they wanted, even give them the rest of the money. The person who sent the message didn’t want that. “I simply wish to punish the guilty, in my own special way. You’ll receive a package shortly, when you do message me.”
A few hours passed and eventually there was a knock at the door. Marship42 answered it and signed for the package. They brought it to their room and sat it on the bed. They then messaged the person on the computer. “Good, I’m glad it got there. Now open it and put it on, after that take a picture and send it to me.” Marship42 opened the box and found a short pink dress, a pair of banties and a pair of open toed heels inside.
This blackmailer must be some sort of sick pervert, but what choice did Marship42 have? The risk of pissing this person off means jail. So with a bit of hesitation they put everything on and sent the photo. “Oh what a pretty little girl you make, from now on you’re no longer allowed to wear your old male clothes. I want you to take a bit of that money you stole and go shopping for a whole new wardrobe.”
"You have five hours to complete this task, or I will send the video and your location to the police.” Marship42 froze, they now had to go outside dressed like this and they would have to constantly dress like this. After about fifteen minutes of weighing their options, they decided they would rather push through the embarrassment than go to jail. So off they went, to a local not so busy clothing store, all while trying to learn to walk in heels.
They arrived at the store and went inside. The only person in the store was a young girl, maybe about twenty years old. She looked at Marship42 and gave them a nod, then looked back down towards her phone. Marship42 went over to the girls clothes and sifted through them. What exactly were they supposed to get, they had no idea. So they sat there fumbling through clothes until the cashier came over.
“You look like you have no idea what you’re doing, I’m guessing you're new to this. Let me help you out.” Marship42 embarrassed thanked her and told the cashier what they needed. “A whole new wardrobe of clothing huh, that’s quite a bit.” “Here this is a pack of panties, it comes with twelve, so that should be plenty.” The colors were actually really nice so Marship42 set them aside. “You’ll also need some bras right? Seeing as you don't have any boobs yet, it shouldn’t be hard to get your size.”
She handed them several different bras. “You probably want like three or four, but feel free to buy them all.” She then walked over to the area with dresses and skirts. “I think you’ll like having four or five dress, in all different colors and lengths” She handed Marship42 them and told them to go try them on while she picked out more stuff. By the end of it all, Marship42 had a dozen panties, five bras, six dresses, three skirts and ten shirts.
“I think all that’s left is to get you a few pairs of shoes. I think two nice pairs of heels, one set of flats and a pair of sneakers.” By this time Marship42 was just going along with anything she said, it’s not like the cost mattered. “Well I think that should do it, your total is eight-hundred and seventy six dollars.” Marship42 paid the cashier and began to pick up all the bags and leave. “Thanks for shopping, also you look great girl.”
Once again embarrassed, Marship42 leaves the store and heads home. They begin to remove all of their old clothes from the closet and dresser, replacing them with all the newly purchased ones. They once again snapped a picture and sent it to the mysterious person. After a few minutes they sent a reply. “Good, remember from now on you only dress in these clothes. Every day I expect one every hour.”
Marship42 asked for how long, but never received an answer. Over the next few as they continued to do as they wanted. With each day receiving another package with new instructions. The first was a makeup kit, with links to video tutorials. The second was a ton of hair productions and you guessed it, more links to tutorials. The day was an envelope. The envelope was filled with papers, but the mysterious person wouldn’t allow Marship42 to read them, they were told to sign them and send them back.
Who knows what was on that paper, but Marship42 didn’t care. They’ve gone too far to stop now. After that a box containing some sort of vitamins arrived, Marship42 was instructed to take two everyday. After a while this led to most of their body hair falling out and their skin becoming softer. By the end of the first month a huge box arrived. It was filled with sex toys, the most notable was a big dildo.
Followed up by more instructions. “I want you to send me a video of you getting off, while this is in your backside.” Marship42 sat there completely shocked, this was way too much compared to the other tasks, plus they had never done anything like that. “You have one hour.” Marship42 looked at the message, was this all worth avoiding potential jail time. Once they did this there would be no going back. Marship42 once again convinced themselves they could manage though this.
So they did what was requested. Video and all, despite how embarrassing and tight it was at first, they actually enjoyed it, something that became very obviously caught in the video. “Good girl, continue to be this obedient and you’ll never have anything to worry about.” So of course the blackmail never stopped, even after a year. The only things that changed was Marship42's body, becoming more and more feminine over time, even growing a nice pair of boobs and any legal documents about their old name and gender.
Sometime after five years the messages stopped coming in from the blackmailer, Marship42 never knew what happened to them. Although by this time everything had become permanent for Marship42. Between some body changes, including some surgical and all the mental changes they developed over time, they honestly didn’t want to go back anymore. They were just glad they finally got to do it on their own terms. So the fate of Marship42 has been forever changed. This council is now dismissed, I will see you all next time, unless of course you're the next one to meet a new fate.
