Subject 007: The dog girl
🕑 Added 2023-07-18 22:23:21 +0000 UTCSo things are currently not going well for me. I may have just been a part of a group that just robbed a bank. As soon as we got into the bank everything went wrong. One of us was shot by a security guard.
Someone hit the silent alarm and cops were there in an instant, oh and the worst part was our safecracker couldn't crack the damn safe. Realizing this was a hopeless situation, I used one of my fellow robbers as a destination for the cops and managed to get out the back.
I ran blocks and blocks away, slowly ditching the gear I wore into the back and stealing random clothes to change my look. After about ten blocks I thought I was in the clear until I saw the chopper start to get closer. In a panic, I rushed into the first building I could.
When I got inside there were a few people filling out forms, and one of the workers walked up to me and asked if I was here as part of the trial. I went with it, just in case the cops did show up, I could use the alibi.
They had me fill out a bunch of paperwork and sit in the lobby with the others. I sat near the window so that I could look out for any cops trying to enter. I saw a few cop cars pass down the road and began to panic.
That's when the group of people were led into the back, where the private rooms are. They had me swallow some sort of pill. I had no idea what I was testing, but I was sure any side effects would outweigh prison.
I was told to enter the room and the door was locked behind me. The room was quite nice. It was almost a small apartment, with everything someone would need in it. I walk over, sit on the couch, and turn the television on.
I watch the news and see that the rest of the crew has either been shot or arrested. Their new one had escaped and they were looking. So I seemed to be safe, the crew all used anonymous names, and never showed each other our faces, so they couldn’t snitch.
With that relief, I was able to relax. I actually ended up passing out, I guess the adrenaline wore out, I don’t know. I had the strangest dream, I was running in a park playing fetch, but I was the only one there. I was woken up by someone walking into the room.
He seemed surprised that I noticed him. I looked at him annoyed, how could I not hear him, he was being so loud. When I told him that, he smiled and said that was good. He then placed a bowl on the floor and left. I tried to follow him, but the door locked behind him.
While I was standing at the door, I could smell something really good, but it was something I’d never smelled before. I looked around the room and followed that smell down to the bowl the man brought. It was a bowl of dog food.
Why did they leave that here? What’s in it makes it smell so good, that it almost makes me hungry. I decided to ignore it. I really hope they don’t plan to let a dog in here, they’re so stupid and annoying. I walked into the kitchen area of this room and looked in the fridge for some human food, but it wasn’t even on.
Strange, but I guess if someone isn't living here it doesn’t need to be on. I once again smelled the food, which was surprising. I was across the room from me now, there's no way the scent is that strong.
I have to force myself to ignore it, instead I head over to the bedroom. There was little chance of there being clothes, but I sure could use some that actually fit. In my haste to get new clothes while fleeing, I didn’t get any that fit.
Of course, there was nothing, but there was a nice large bed. If I’m here for longer I can use it to sleep. I go back to the living room to watch the news again to see if there are any updates, and luckily there's nothing.
As I let out a sigh of relief, my stomach began to rumble like crazy, and the smell of the dog food filled my nostrils. I suddenly can't get the food out of my mind. I eventually got up and picked it up. I sit back on the couch with it and stare at it.
The moment my stomach rumbled again I went crazy and ate it all. I was a little horrified at myself, was I truly so desperate that I would eat dog food? I figured it was stress getting to me, so I went to the bedroom to lay on the bed and relax.
I once again fell asleep, which is strange, I’ve never slept so much in my life. I had that park dream again, but this time I was running on my hands and knees. I woke up feeling strange. I was also lying across the end of the bed, instead of the normal way.
I had no idea why, but I decided to ignore that as well. I hoped for the bed, and my legs gave out causing me to fall to the floor. I looked at them concerned. I could still feel them, so why did I fall? I was able to move them around as well.
I tried to stand up and got the same result, it was like they could not hold my weight anymore. Scared and nervous, I crawl to the living room, and up to the door to the main lobby. I begin pounding on the door until a similar scent hits my nose.
I look over and see another bowl of dog food. I got kinda excited, and I felt something on my back start moving back and forth very fast. I jumped over to the food and began eating it, not caring one bit that I was on all fours eating it off the floor like a dog.
As soon as I was done I let out a happy bark. Then I put my hand up to my mouth concerned. That’s when I noticed my hair had gotten longer. I reached my hands up to feel it and touched a set of ears on my head.
They were long and floppy, and it felt really good to scratch around them. Had they always been there? I looked behind me and saw my tail, I touched it as well and compared the two. Yup, they’re the same.
I guess it makes sense to have, but something still feels wrong. I tried to figure it out until I got bored and noticed a small little rope toy sitting next to the couch. I run over to it and begin to play with it. I think I played with it all day. I also completely destroyed it with my sharp teeth.
I ended up jumping up on the couch and falling asleep. I wake up when the man from before enters. I was happy to see him, so I ran up to him. He started petting me, making sure to get that sweet spot behind the ears.
He called me a good girl and told me he had some new clothes for me. My tail was wagging like crazy at this point. The man helped me get changed. I was now wearing a cute little onesie, it kinda resembled a girl's school uniform.
It also had buttons on the bottom, so I could easily take it off to go to the bathroom. I was also given a collar. The man told me that I was progressing quite fast, and so he was preparing me for adoption.
He said I would be getting a very nice new home, and a job to go with it. I’ll be honest I had no idea what he was talking about. He gave me a bone and told me to hold tight for a bit. I gladly sat on the floor and chewed on it.
I’m not sure how much time passed, it felt like years, but the man came back with another person, it was a female. She was also dressed like a cop. She started laughing at me when I ran up to meet her, I don’t really know why.
She hooked a leash to my collar and bent down to talk to me. She told me from today I was going to be her canine partner. She also said something about it being a perfect replacement for a jail sentence.
Whatever that means I have no idea, but I was happy to get to go with her. That night we went to her home, or our home. After that, I spent months training to become a real canine partner. Once I passed, my partner got me a police onesie to wear as a uniform and pinned my badge on it.
And since that day we’ve been stopping crime together. We even managed to track down someone who fled after robbing a bank, thanks to my super strong nose. When I found him, I began to bite him until he surrendered, but once I let go he looked familiar. I couldn't place him though, he was a bad guy though, so I doubt we’ve ever met, as I’m a good girl.

I don't remeber saying that, but maybe the ending of the last one made it seem like that. There will be 12 total in the first series, I don't know if i'll do a scond one yet or not.

I thought that you decided not to continue the story of the "experimental" ... Well, I'm glad that I was wrong, this story is beautiful
