It’s been nearly two decades since I died and was reincarnated into another world. I can’t remember how I died in my old world, but my soul was left wandering aimlessly until it was snatched up by a Hist tree.
Its intention was to use my soul to provide a young Argonian hatchling with a soul. So when the time came, the hatchlings came to drink the Hist sap for the first time, and my soul was placed into one of the hatchlings.
From there I grew up to become a smart and talented Argonian male. I spent most of my life being praised for my higher intellect, but in reality, I was blessed by the Hist, for they decided I was worthy to keep my memories from my previous life.
So what most people deemed as my higher intellect, was merely simple concepts from the world I came from. I couldn't wait to spread my knowledge and use it for the good of the world and my people.
When I was finally old enough I left my home, but I quickly realized how dangerous and awful the world was outside of Black Marsh. In the one year I was traveling, I was robbed nearly ten times. I was assaulted six times, and I was chased out of town at least a dozen times.
I was kinda stupid and didn’t have much in the lines of equipment, so this kind of stuff was bound to happen right? So with no money left, I did odd jobs in the villages I passed through, but nothing was permanent and none of them paid enough to buy equipment.
Eventually, I make my way back to the Black Marsh. I knew it was still my purpose to travel the world and spread my knowledge, but I can’t do that if I end up dead. So I think I’ll have to get a job in one of the towns and save up enough gold to buy a good set of weapons and armor.
So I go around asking if anyone is looking for help, and eventually, I get an offer from one of the tavern owners. The owner was looking for someone to wait tables, serve drinks, and look good in the uniform.
There was one problem, he didn’t a male was a good fit for serving, as a hot woman would keep the men in the tavern longer. I was kinda desperate, so I told the owner I could make that happen. So I left the tavern and headed to the Hist tree that originally put my soul into this body.
I was about to do something I never thought I’d do, despite it being quite normal for Argonians to do, but I was far from a normal Argonian. I was about to drink Hist sap from a Hist tree, all so I could change my gender and work at a tavern.
I’ve never been female, and I have no idea what to expect, but I need money, which means I need this job. I gather a bowl of sap and hold it in my hands. I lick a small bit out so I can connect with the hist and communicate my intentions with it.
After that, I drink the rest of the bowl and meditate next to the Hist tree. When I come out of my meditation, I find myself in my new body. I was amazed at the changes, I was much smaller, and my once dark green skin was now a much lighter green.
The physical additions were much more than I was expecting. Of course, I was expecting to grow a pair of breasts, it was only natural, but why on earth did they get so big? Did I do that, or was it the Hist? My butt got larger and with it, my tail did as well.
My hips had popped out and I now had a really nice body. If I’m honest, I came out pretty good, having lived over twenty years as an Argonian, I know a good-looking female when I see one, so I’m really hoping this wasn’t a bad idea.
I head back to the tavern and speak with the owner again, and this time he hired me instantly. He told me to follow him into the back and he pulled out some clothes that I could borrow that would fit my new size.
I ended up in some pretty fancy clothes, a nice white button-up, a black corset, a matching black skirt, and a basic set of underwear to cover my new parts. Once I was dressed, the owner put me right to work.
The first few days went horribly, I kept tripping and knocking things over. It was due to this damned body, I wasn’t used to it. My larger tail kept getting caught and tripping me over, forcing me to have to bend over and clean the floors.
My breasts were so large, that if I accidentally put the tray too close while walking, everything would get pushed over. Luckily most of the customers don’t seem to mind when I mess up like this, but I’m super worried my boss will fire me.
Especially since the tavern has been getting busier and busier each day, which means more and more mistakes. I’m honestly surprised he hasn’t even talked about it with me, I need to shape up, I say as I once again fall to the floor.
I sigh to myself, pick up all the glass, and bring it to the trash, I grab the bucket of water and hand brush. As I go back to the front I let my boss behind the counter know I messed up again, and he just shrugs and remakes the order.
I go back up front and knee back onto the ground. I pour some water out, grab the brush, and place it on the floor. I take both hands and start to scrub the floor. Since I was a bit weaker now, I had gotten in the habit of putting my whole body into scrubbing.
As I was scrubbing one of the Wood elves that had stumbled into the tavern ran over and lifted my skirt up over my head. I got caught in the skirt and fell onto the ground as I tried to get it down. For some reason, the whole bear of men started wooing and cheering, almost like something amazing had happened.
I managed to get up and put my skirt down. I looked around and couldn’t tell what they were celebrating, so I shrugged it off and returned the bucket. As I left the back, I looked at my boss, expecting him to be angry.
To my surprise, he seemed happy, and he pointed at a new tray of drinks, the same drinks that I spilled. So I grab it and bring it to the table it was intended to. Once I placed the drinks on the table, all the men started flooding me with complaints, telling me they were glad this place finally had a sexy woman working in it.
It was awkward dealing with all the comments and catcalling, but it was all worth it at the end of the night. That night, my boss had made a ton of money despite all the inventory I destroyed. He handed me a pouch of gold, and I was surprised at how much was in it.
When I asked, he told me the customers must have really liked my show, as most of that was tips. I was confused and asked him about it, and he laughed when he realized I wasn’t doing it intentionally.
I guess when my skirt went up, the whole tavern got a good look at my underwear and ass. I felt really embarrassed and ashamed, I almost didn’t want to show my face around here again, but the weight of the pouch of gold I had in my hands changed my mind.
It wasn’t nearly enough for new armor or weapons, but it was a lot of gold. If I could keep up this amount, I might be able to afford my desired equipment in a couple of months, then I could finally go off to spread my advanced knowledge across the land and maybe have some fun adventuring.

Cool story, I really liked it ... But unfortunately, I'm too little familiar with the lore of "The Elder Scrolls" and therefore I can’t say how canonical this story is, but I think it doesn’t matter. And yes, maybe you didn’t know, but once I was led by an adventure road and then they shot me in the knee ...
