Sunset Island mud baths (Uncensored)

It was a slow day at the inn so I started talking about trip ideas with my cow workers. They all had ideas, but they were all things that they wanted to do, none of them were things I was even interested in.
Our mean old boss ends up walking in on us slacking off and yelling at us to get back to work or she’ll dock our pay. I jump back to work, wiping off tables and sweeping the floor. After a couple of hours, my boss came back and demanded I move something in the back.
She wanted me to move an old oak bookshelf, by myself I might add. She didn’t bother asking anyone else to help me, and she wouldn’t help me either. So it takes a bit, but I managed to move it to the area she requested.
When I finished, my body felt really stiff, so I tried to stretch but something in my back popped and I was suddenly in a ton of pain. I fell onto the ground in pain, yelling in pain, which caused my coworkers and boss to come running.
My coworkers helped me onto a chair, and my boss just looked at me disgusted. She told me if I was unable to work, I might as well go home. My coworkers stepped up and told her I needed to see a doctor, as I couldn’t move well on my own.
She got mad and let one of my coworkers off early to help me to a doctor. My coworker grabs my arm and we slowly walk our way to our town doctor. The doctor takes me in and my coworker takes off to go home.
The doctor helped me take off my shirt and lay on my stomach so he could inspect my back. After a few minutes of poking and pushing on spots on my back, the doctor tells me I threw my back out, and I would need to rest for six to eight weeks.
I told the doctor that I couldn't be out of work that long, as my boss was awful and would fire me. I told him about the money I saved for a vacation, telling him I could use that for any treatment that would help me recover.
He told me that he’s not a mage with healing powers, and they’re way too expensive for me to afford. He walked away and returned with a flier. He handed it to me and told me this place would be able to help me.
It was a flier for a spa resort called Sunset Islands, and their main attraction was their rejuvenating mud baths. The doctor told me, he’s had many female patients come back cured of much worse conditions.
I looked over the flier and it was within my price range, and I suppose it’ll get me my vacation. With the help of the doctor, I managed to arrange a trip. Within two days I was sitting on a boat heading to Sunset Island.
I'd be here the entire week, so hopefully it works or I’ll end up being bored and paying all this money for nothing. I looked around the boat and noticed a ton of people on it. I guess this place is pretty popular, so perhaps it does work.
I took a look at the pamphlet they handed me when I got on the boat, it turns out they have a ton of other activities on the island. You can go swimming, dancing, play sports like volleyball, and most importantly the mud baths.
Once the boat arrives, I ask an employee to help me up. When she saw my poor condition, she instead of me went to the mud baths first, that way I’d be able to enjoy the rest of the vacation, and she assured me it would help me with my back.
She had no problem helping me get undressed and lowering me into the mud. She was so nice, that she even offered to personally shower me off afterward. It’s a strange offer, but she’s super cute so I accepted, thinking I’d probably still be sore anyway.
She had me lay back, put cucumbers on my eyes, and covered my face in the mud. I was surprised, for mud it smelled really good, and it felt even better on my body than I would have guessed. She tells me it's okay to relax, even fall asleep, as it can take a while for the mud to take effect.
I haven't slept since hurting my back, so I decided it's a good idea to try and get some sleep, and with the pain being relieved by the mud, I fall fast asleep. I woke up when the woman removed the cucumbers from my eyes, for some reason she had a huge smile on her face as she greeted me.
I was still out of it from just waking up, so I didn't notice anything else being strange and followed the woman to the showers. She began to shower me off as I sat on a stool. As I started waking up a bit more, I noticed she was washing my hair, and it was much longer and orange.
After she finished my hair she began to work her way down my body. I began to notice more and more changes as she cleaned the mud off of me. My chest was so heavy, and had two very large lumps on it, which bounced up and down with every movement I made.
I also noticed she seemed to be taller than me now, by almost two inches, whereas before I had been nearly a foot taller. Then when she started rubbing my crotch I finally realized what happened to me.
I wanted to get up and yell, to ask her why I was suddenly a woman, but the way she was rubbing my crotch felt so good, and I didn’t want her to stop. On top of the pleasure, all the pain from my back was completely gone.
Once I was cleaned she helped me get dressed, she gave me this super cute black sundress, which due to my massive new breasts was super tight. She also gave me a super cute sunhat and a pair of flip-flops.
She could tell I was still wondering what happened to me, so she stopped and started to explain how the mud baths work. I guess it dissolves your body and recreates it. Some people change physically, like getting taller or shorter.
Some change genders like I did, and some people turn into animals or even objects, I guess it’s kind of random, so I got lucky in the body department, even if that means I’m a woman now. She also mentioned it only works once, so if I wanted to relax in the mud again, I wouldn’t have to worry about changing again.
She told me that I would enjoy my new form, and she said not a single person has regretted it so far. She even claimed some people found true love after their transformation, then she winked at me. She left to go back to work, and I started exploring the rest of the island. I ended up trying most of the activities they offered, which was a bit awkward with my new body.
Luckily the worker was more than willing to help me learn about how to use and operate a female body, so I didn’t end up struggling with anything during the week, and I even made a new friend. On the last day as I was packing up to leave, she had come to me in my room.
She seemed excited to tell me something and handed me a bunch of papers. She said she convinced her boss to hire me. Then she told me she loved me and wanted me to stay in paradise with her.
She said we would be super happy every day, and I’d never have to work myself until my back breaks. She then kissed me and asked me if I would accept. Without hesitation, I nod and accept. I don’t want to go back to my old life, my job was awful, my boss was awful and I was kinda lonely.
Plus having to explain to everyone why I was suddenly a woman sounded like a hassle. She hands me a bikini set with the resort's name on it, which I guess is the uniform here, and I begin my first day. This photo was taken a year later when my fiance and I were relaxing in the mud baths. As you can see, I’m as happy as can be.

I know for sure that I used to read this story from you (although I can’t remember the name) and I remember for sure that earlier it was shorter and did not contain so many details ... I like it ... And about the story itself ... Personally, I am ready to do anything to be happy, so I even envy him a little.
