In version 0.1.4, you can get 3 full hearts. I have drawn a rough diagram of how to get them: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LSTZgdDEXZ-YM3GY0VxpBfEVHGwU43VC/view?usp=drive_link In each scene, depending on the number of hearts, Nora's attitude towards you changes. New scenes will appear or buttons will be unlocked.
