The pack will only be delivered to the employers who fulfill their pledge, if the promise is declined the reward will not be received, however if your decline has been an error, don't worry you can process it again while it is accepted and receive the pack.
Normally I check the first 6 days in case someone takes to fulfill their pledge, from then on, if their pledge is accepted and they do not receive anything, they can send a note and I will gladly review their payment and send their reward.
New employers will receive a free pack, they can decide by sending a note, if the note is not sent, they will automatically receive the pack from the previous month that corresponds to their reward.
