yeah like two tiers for the same price, but only one of them has the nsfw content while the other one is completely sfw, pretty conveninent

i think you can set patreon to limit to 18+ on nsfw posts !! i also know some creators have ome sfw and one sfw + nsfw layer for the same price, just separated to manage the 18+ problem
