The one word series is a set of meditations on a single word. It's intended for "trigger training" - implanting a set of thoughts over single words so that they safely reinforce submission. It is not gender or genital specific. The speaker DOES make reference to “pussy” – but makes it very clear that “pussy” is a pangender term here.
