OCTOBER ADOPTABLE BASE: AQUATIC DRAGON [+GOAL BONUS: PROTOGEN!]

Both bases have customization options on the PSD and CLIP files. The transparent PNG includes all options toggled on by default for the Aquatic Dragon and the scaly underside tail option toggled for the Protogen.
Aquatic Dragon has the following toggleable options:
- Horns
- Cheek Fins
- Back Fins
- Tail Fin
- Whiskers
Protogen has the following toggleable tail options:
- Scaly Underside
- Fluffy
- Shark
- Nub
- Solid [Solid has its own togglable tail tip tuft subsection]
TERMS OF USE
- > YES you can absolutely use this to make adoptables yourself!
- > YES you can use it for adoptables you're selling for legal tender [cash money] or points or... whatever other currency
- > YES you can use it to make a ref of your own character
- > YES you can just colour it in for funsies
- > YES you can remove the credit text at the bottom. however please be sure to credit in other ways via link or mention!
- > YES you can edit the lineart to better suit your needs [add hair, extra wings, whatever]
- > NO you cannot distribute the blank template files!! keep it fair for other patrons!!
- > NO you cannot sell the blank template file or base on its own!
- > NO you cannot claim it as your own work [but hey that really just goes without saying]
