Thank you so much!

All you need is the "titty lover" trait and then you can fantasize about that in your bed (I think the only other restriction is to have inhibitions at 90 or lower to be able to jill-off, but that's it).

What event unlocks the beach CG?

I always had some plans for it, but since I am trying to wrap things up, I'll probably think of something minor (like a random series of possible shows to see, with some benefits) and maybe I'll try to use the place as the setting for a quest and some other events (like I did with one of Ariel's dates) that are already part of my plans.

Question is irrelevant to the art but i was wondering if there are any plans to expand the current content of the circus?

The walkthrough is a bit out of date, but In the Magic academy section, there is an entry for it: https://docs.google.com/document/d/16XOUX_KXz800cLQ7VledpazkEZjviWRPpXzR3iswfmE/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.lb9c7417synk You should at least be able to get things started. :)
