Shifting Goals
🕑 Added 2020-08-13 14:44:34 +0000 UTCI wanted to echo what other artists have been doing or saying recently. Seen Artizek say this, and PlanetSelf say this, but drawing muscle art has been incredibly draining and somewhat unrewarding. Drawing my weird kinks have been great in some ways until I realize I’m legit alone for the majority of the time during my creative process. My art doesn’t arouse me and while weird muscle ideas do, it feels incredibly lonely to the point where sex is increasingly hard for me to enjoy.
For years I wanted out of the furry muscle community because my self value beyond porn wasn’t seen. I talked about this a lot with my significant other about my fears or obesssions with trying to please him or others with my porn. It’s a sour spot I thought I could patch up with more art, but truth is, beyond the commissions I get from people I want to focus on making clean art, tutorials, youtube videos, and more, like I wanted to. Suggestions will still happen, but only when I don’t feel so drained daily.
I want to feel cared for, for being me. I will continue to post, but I hope you guys can understand my shift in material from now on.

Don't feel like you have to throw away the furry muscle aspect. You control what people do with it; your fursona doesn't always have to be erotic. I draw my own art to vent my feelings or make comics about my life. Sure I enjoy the erotic side but I experiment with placing my muscular character in non erotic situations. Like video games or talking to someone or showing an emotion.
