Rukia Kuchiki from Bleach is being diaper-trained by Orihime Inoue (from the same story), and sitting bound on a toilet, diapers still up. She's trying to hold it, but Orihime is encouraging her to use her padding properly - and it may end with her losing control and being sad over it.
How about some Lucoa content, her shopping for a new pair of shorts, since hers don't cover up her padding?

I'm still reusing my last idea for Chisa and Chiaki from Danganronpa!
How about Kerillian from Vermintide an arrow flies pass her unbuckling her pants reveling her diaper?

How about olive from the game ‘astral chain’ being tied by a chain, holding her while she embarrassingly empty’s herself into some diapers?
