How about Pearl and Marina from Splatoon 2 throwing a bab themed splatfest (cloth vs disposable, plushies vs toys, etc)
Y'shtola and Sadu from FFXIV Mummified in pink cocoon and strapped to a bondage baby walkers, hoses go up from the back of their huge diapers and into their OTN gags so that they are forced to smell their own farts. The baby walker also have four paddles extending from it's legs that spank them constantly.

Also since she doesn't have enough art, vanilla or otherwise, Queen Meve from The Witcher Thronebreaker is crying in a wet diaper as she sucks a pacifier and hugs a plush version of the dog in the link. Dialogue: "Ha! So much for a warrior Queen. The little Princess can't even keep her panties dry!" https://imgur.com/a/vdGMLOL

You know what? Sonia Nevermind and Mikan Tsumiki from Danganronpa.

http://imgur.com/a/ZZWPwUp Yennefer from The Witcher 3 sucking her thumb and hugging a plush unicorn as her Mommy female Geralt takes off her top to breastfeed her. Mommy Geralt says "You know, you don't have to turn me into a woman every time you want to have a baby day ... Nevermind you'd still make me grow breasts for milk" Yennefer just smirks behind her thumb.
