Some kind of slime monster :) She's taken to his lair by some minions and you can see other beautiful victims (Other superheroines) chained to the walls or something, just waiting their turn to be toyed with and then vored. I say Slime monster because you could pick that thing from Futurama which swallows people and you can see them in its stomach :P

I'm trying my hardest to not say a snake... But perhaps a Yuan-ti, Maleficent in her dragon form but similar size to Helen, Lrrr from Futurama, or Jafar in cobra form. All I got for suggestions.
