If the service lines are damaged that means no high speed internet is delivered inside his house.....which means there is NO wi-fi signal since the router needs a direct internet connection to send wi-fi signals out to receptive devices lol. Streamers also do not stream over wi-fi but through ethernet connections I'm sure, because they are faster and more stable.
